Extremely slow. Poor customer service, only 2 employee making the pizza (the Hispanic guy) the other 3 employees i dont know what they are doing but they are nowhere to be seen. Ordered 1 cheese, been waiting for about half an hour and still nothing.

0 stars if i could. Idk who i spoke with i believe his name was mike or something like that but first off he was so condescending it was crazy. He tried to explain why even if i CALL in a order to make sure it’s ready right? If someone walks in for the same type of thing they will STILL give it to someone else. Even though i called to place an order…that defeats the whole purpose. It’s happened twice at this location where I’ve ordered ahead and they gave what i ordered to another person and expect me to wait another 20-30 minutes…. But his attitude was even worse. Horrible way to do business and after reading reviews i haven’t been the only with this experience. I will honestly be putting a complaint into the city on this location for false advertising and all that. Other then that have a great day!
Very rude! I ordered my pizza 30 mins prior on the phone and they told me it would take 10 mins. I arrived and they still did not have my pizza made and the cashier he was very rude as well.

We have used the Riverside Pizza in Lawrenceville at Sugarloaf and Five Forks for years and have always loved the pizza. However, at this time, we are pretty much done with them because the service and staff are horrible! Who closes a pizza place at 8:30 in the evening and leaves the door open and when you walk in because NO ONE will answer the phone they look up and rudely say “we are closed”. This isn’t the first time it has happened but it will probably be the last because the people are extremely rude. Welcome to the neighborhood MARCOS!!
Terrible service, ordered ahead and still had to wait 30 min, pizza was the worst I ever tasted, staff was unprofessional and no one had a mask on, at least 5 people counted working, and line out of the door. Will never go here again, they give the chain a bad name, Got our pizza completely wrong and just the worst tasting put together pizza I have ever tasted, there was an 80 year old woman standing there, she said she had been standing for an hour and no one cared to help her, shameful! Go to the Riverside Pizza on sugarloaf, little bit of a wait time but the pizza tastes sooop much better.

Normally I love the pizza here but let me say how not impressed I am at the moment. I called the store tonight to see if they were open during the snowstorm so I could order 5 pizzas to feed some of the hospital staff. The first time I called, someone answered and immediately hung up. The second time I called, someone answered, said “We’re closed.” And immediately hung up. It’s just rude and unnecessary. Not going to be ordering from here anymore if this is the “customer service” they condone.
I called at 7:19PM to order 5 pizzas. They told me they couldn’t give me an estimated time to come pick up, but that they will for sure make them. I was okay with that because I knew they were busy. I called later to ask if my pizzas were ready, but they told me that they were closed and they weren’t going to make my pizzas anymore. Online it states that they close at 10PM on Saturdays.
