It was a great experience. Our server was very nice and friendly.
I always give five stars because I don't want to lower a score for a local business.... took one hour to be seated... ok no problem.. Mother's Day .. took about 15 min for a waiter.. still not a problem... Took an hour to get our order... that was a little agitating... received no refills on drinks at all, got the bottomless fries and I'm pretty sure I was gonna have to wait till breakfast to get the second order. Not to mention the spoonful that they brought me every time. In order to get my moneys worth on the fries I would've had to book a Room in the kitchen with a sleeping bag ... everyone was very polite and respectful... I like the burgers... but I can't handle a 3 1/2 hour visit with 4 kids... I can only guess that communication in the staff is probably the issue...
Gian Rendon was the best server I've ever had at any restaurant in my entire life!I dropped a "French" fry and was devastated. Gian quickly jumped down to the ground, covert mode, and retrieved the fry before it hit the ground. Fed it directly into my mouth. Outstanding customer service.I was also in dire need of sauce. Gian recommended the "Campfire Sauce". Gian poured it directly into my large "Doctor Pepper"; I fell in love. The combination of sweet and sour, combined with the liquid BBQ sauce ("Doctor Pepper") was mid boggling. My cousin died the day I went to Red Robins. I told Gian about my cousins untimely death, and Gian quickly, without hesitation, embraced me in the most comfortable hug I have received during my time on planet "Earth". My cousin would be proud. He really would. Gian offered me bonus fries to console me with my grief. Those fries took me away from the sorrow.10/10 would come back again.Thank you for your service, Mr. Rendon.
We were waiting for longer than we were told. We notice our table was ready when we went to the restroom. We informed the hostess that our table was clean and ready. She had a slight attitude and made us wait an additional 10 minutes. It was super cold but the food was great!
Staff was amazing! Customer service supreme! I'm horrible with names or I'd say specifically who lol.Food was prepared fast and to order. Flavor was great!Adult beverages were good, could have been stronger but I could taste the alcohol so that's better than numerous other establishments.
They get one star for average burgers (nothing to shout about, but nothing majorly wrong as well), but otherwise zero stars for the deceptive menu and practices. The menu makes it clear that you get a "bottomless side" with your order of a burger, and that's great. BUT if you're not careful about reading the menu, you will likely not spot the fact that while 4 of the sides are free, 3 of them are NOT, and require paying an additional $1.49.In *addition*, of the 3 chargeable sides that you charge for, one is "meh" (sweet potato fries), and the one supposedly healthy option ends up being the total reverse (zucchini fries) *and* is also a total cheap ripoff. The zucchini fries are all breading and no real zucchini at all! And you're asking $1.49 for this?
Awesome experience! Sucks that the restaurant was so empty, makes you feel bad for the servers but they aren't letting that affect their demeanor. Grayson was a treat to have as a server and really made us feel welcomed. Our food was delicious and exactly as we ordered.
The service and the food were great, we called ahead to be put on the wait list and our table was ready almost immediately when we arrived. All the food was really fresh and everyone in our group left happy and full.
Had a good avocado bacon cheeseburger, with bottom less sweet potato fries & fried zucchini, yummy
We had a great time....can't remember the name of the burger I had ...that was 2 Sundays ago...however! Main thing is it did not put me to sleet like Burger King.I had a simple salad with my burger and a flavored lemonade..It was also cool to see the happy expression of other people eating..
