During our first visit to Red Crawfish, the staff was on point! The variety and pricing on the menu seemed super fair, though on my Cajun boil it did seem very lax on the sides. Flavor of the food was okay, nothing outstanding but still good. Worth a shot if you're trying to find this type of cuisine without a longer drive!
Service and main courses were way beyond expected!!! Sides with the food less desirable, but the good prices and portions make up for that heavily! Glad we have it a try.
This place is absolutely disgusting. Dirty establishment, horrible food, and rude staff. Found multiple plastic shards scattered across my dish. After I brought it to their attention, they did not care whatsoever. They of course took the cost off, but then had the audacity to make me pay for my drink. I plan on bringing this to the attention of Restaurant Health Inspections.This isn’t something like finding a piece of hair. If I wouldn’t have noticed, it could’ve been potentially life threatening. Honestly don’t recommend anyone to go near this place.
I ordered from this location tonight and had the worst crawfish shrimp crab legs I have ever tasted in my life. They clearly didn't clean the crawfish very well and they put all the stuff in the same pot. All you taste is the dirt from the crawfish. It's very disgusting and It's very disappointed. Thank goodness I ordered from DoorDash. They gave me a credit to reuse at a different venue.
Best place to eat seafood. Great staff. Good food and prices. I'm definitely going back soon..
Ordered some mozzarella cheese sticks and some sweet and spicy wings. Both were good. Tea was a little watered down. Food came out quick. Sat a booth with was a little had because everything is wood and not cushioned. Food was good enough for me to return.
This is the best food I have had in the entire state of Georgia since I moved here last June. Me and my wife are honestly hard to please. But this place gave me zero opportunity to complain. The food is amazing. Fresh and exceeds expectations in every way. Food is great and if your unsure of the menu tell the servers what you are trying to get and the recommendations they give are spot on to what your searching for they will not mislead you. I drove from Atlanta and will be coming back just for the food and great service. Andy and Jun took amazing care of us...I am literally baffled by how amazing the service was and quality of food especially this day in age where most places overcharge for small quantity of sub par products....just go!!!
I recently went there for a friend's birthday and after we got done I happen to notice on my bank statement that I got double charged for my order. I called the next day to talk to their manager but he/she wasn't in so they took down my name and number and said they would call me back later that day. Unfortunately they never did. I went in the next day to try to resolve this issue, but they said they couldn't do anything about it. They never re-compensated me in any way or never even gave me an apology. I used to love going to this place especially on $1 beer nights, but their food quality and especially their service quality after this event has significantly dropped.
Amazing food here and a great place for family dinners. We had the crawfish, grilled oysters, octopus, shrimp, clam chowder, steak tetake and more. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Very disappointed.. got the large Snow crab boil for $40.. the smallest crab legs I have ever seen! Very little meat with only 3 clusters, the corn was significantly undercooked, the sausage was cold and only 2 small slices.. Wife had the wings.. again the smallest wings I’ve even seen.. told the server, was very dismissive, we will NOT be back
