I swear they will hire just anybody!! So unprofessional and rude. I had a mobile order set to be picked up from inside when I got there the guy inside just put his hand in the air and made a circle like go to the drive-thru okay so I do that I get to the window none of the sauces that are requested where in my bag I had to ask for them I did not receive any utensils and I forgot my daughter's large fry I called five times as I drove back to the restaurant nobody ever picks up here I cut in line and pulled up to the window told them I was missing my large fry and he just handed me the box of large fries no bag or anything this is ridiculous!! And the chicken looks like it could be breaded better and cooked a little longer very pale.
Food tasted ok. Wasn't the spicier Cajun/Creole Popeye's chicken I was used to but good chicken. Some of the specialty items were not available even in the earlier afternoon before the big rush. Hopefully next time I visit they'll be fully stocked and have a New Orleans seasoning to the chicken. Husband and best friend agree on my assessment of chicken good but not regular Popeyes.
Today I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo. The chicken was cold, only about 10 fries were in the box, they gave me the wrong sauce, there was no ice and the coke was flat; plus I was given the wrong receipt! Additionally, I went to the same store on 3/20 at 11am and it was closed, despite stating on the door that they open at 10am.
Ordered a 3 wing combo and a mild flounder sandwich, had to ask for our drinks for both,, got the order and when we opened the bag we had a chicken strip combo and a spicy fish sandwich which we couldn't eat because it was too spicy.Couldn't return because of traffic in atlanta was too congested for our timeliness.Won't eat here again.
I had the most pleasant visit at this Popeyes location. During a busy lunch hour, the line moved in a timely manner and they still had fresh chicken and they didn’t run out. Very friendly staff. This Popeyes location understood the assignment!!
Wish I could give 0 starts. The girl at the window with dreads was so rude. I have never ever received such sh**y service EVER! I understand this is fast food but this is not how you run a business. Don’t waste your time coming here.
I am shocked with this location bad service. I requested my chicken sandwich to be fried fresh with extra minute because last time the meat had blood in it. I also told them I will pull over to the side waiting because it will take additional time. They refried a cooked chicken breast for me and my wife!! It tasted horrible, burned and dripping oil. Refrying anything will cause cancer, why would you do that! Also, I asked for a fresh fries and they gave me warm soggy fries. The attitude from the employees, both a woman and a man, was extremely rude and bossy as if they are doing me a favor!!! I would never recommend this location to anyone. Popeyes shame on you!!!
I guess I’ll add to the list of negative reviews. It’s always an issue when I go any Popeyes, but this location takes the cake. Long lines, long wait times after you’ve placed your order, and can’t even get an order delivered through door dash. I almost got cussed out for asking for honey. The worst customer service.

Food was old and stale. I ordered 6 big boxes. 3 with mild chicken and 3 with mild tenders. All boxes should have had red beans and rice and cajun fries. Only two boxes came with both sides. All the chicken was spicy. The fries and chicken wasn't fresh Very disappointed ?
