BEST PLACE EVER!!!! If I could I'll come here every day. I think I've tried everything on the menu ( been here a lot of times). The food is always great. The Chicken Katsu bowl add seaweed salad, rock sauce, spicy mayo and white sauce add furika, wonton and avocado. You will NOT be disappointed. They are also friendly
My coworker went to pick up our lunch today. Both of us had been to this restaurant before and never had a bad experience. Today how was a completely different story. My coworker got a salmon bowl that smelled fishy and the salmon was incredibly slimy . She ended up throwing her meal away. The other two meals were Chicken Katsu and Beef Bulgoi and it was't fresh. The quality was incredibly off. The chicken was chewy and had the same taste and texture as McDonalds chicken nuggets. Which is absolutely awful. After this horrendous experience I don't believe we will be going back there.
I tried the ramen but it wasn't great. Taste like overpriced Maruchan.
My family went there tonight to try something new. It was amazing!!! Starting with the Chicken Katsu to everything else in our bowls!! The lady (Kim) who served us was very friendly and sweet. What a great experience! We WILL definitely be back again and again!!
I never give bad reviews, especially post Covid. As I’m also in the industry, it feels wrong. However, I’m doing so now to inform you, Poke Rock, that your packaging is substandard. The food is fresh and well prepared and your Staff, they’re great but when purchasing ramen from an actual ramen shop, one expects to make it home without the styrofoam (why??) containers of broth to melt and collapse. My trunk smells horrid and ramen without broth isn’t really ramen. Consider strongly using packaging that won’t leave your customers $34 in the hole with no dinner.It saddens me because I thought we found a gem.
We had never had poke before. The staff was super patient while I tried to figure out what I wanted. It was delicious!
First time trying Poke bowl. I went for the customized bowl with the spicy Mayo and Rock sauce in the end. It was amazing and full of flavor. Will be going back for more!
Absolutely the best poke place in this area! Their food is always good, fresh, and healthy. I go there every week, and the workers are always very welcoming. You can literally experience the best service and taste here! I highly recommend this place :)
I've been going here for about 2 years, and I always enjoy it here. Lines are never long, customer service is always good, and they are always consistent with my order. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting Poke.
