Me and my family 1st time here and our Experience was Wonderful!! Sindy was our server she was very nice and has Excellent Customer Service!! The food was hot and delicious, me and my hubby drink was on point ( I had margaritas and he had beer).. We will be back real soon and hope Sindy will be our server again!! Keep up the Good Work Sindy?
Been coming here for years, but have had really bad service lately. We are seated right away but then no one comes to the table for 10 minutes. Ordered guacamole and tacos; tacos showed up first, but they were not correct. Guacamole never came and the waitress never came back to check on us, but still billed us for it. Very disappointing. We will be finding a new Mexican restaurant for a while.

My family and I came for lunch today and we were so disappointed, we were sat on the patio and no one came to help us for 20+ min., finally I went in and asked for someone to take our order - I ordered a sprite and never got it. My husband ordered the taco plate and literally received a piece of fish in a tortilla, nothing else and I ordered a side of rice with my meal, they brought everything to the table except my meal which came 10+ minutes later after everyone else was done but brought me a side of fries? What? The service was horrible… the food was mediocre… we definitely will not be going back.
Our 1st time at Poblanos Mexican Grill and the food and service was fantastic, our server's name was Francisco and he was very pleasant. We will be returning again!! The chips were hot and fresh, salsa was just right and the cheese dip with jalapeños was excellent. We had Fajita Poblanos and Camarones Poblanos while there and made a to-go order of Shrimp Tacos and Veggie Special #1 which is a bean and cheese enchilada with rice and beans. And the portions were great as well. Delicious food, full bellies and no complaints.
This was our first visit. We had a granddaughter along who has food allergies. The employees understood our concerns and were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our server was great as was the food. We will very likely return for a second visit.
Food was very good and the service was top notch. The meal was very fresh and enjoyable. The taco shells were not stale and the steak was cooked just right.
I love Poblano's. Good menu. Good service. Good porpotions. Some other places slight you on cheese dip or margaritas or just plate sizes. Poblano's is good food with a healthy portion. This location is great.
The waiter was very nice.It was really noisy because there was a huge party next to us. The floor and restroom needed some TLC. The food was good,,but salty. The portions are generous. If I visit again, I will only order the refried beans and rice. That was the best part of my meal.SN:The manager passed our table numerous times, but never greeted or acknowledged us.
The margaritas are excellent! As a lover of tacos I was quite disappointed in their street tacos. The meat wasn't seasoned very well and the carnitas was very dry. I will go back just for the drinks but will have to try something else food wise.
