Very well prepared smoothies and friendly service ?
I visit the store quite regularly, however apparently the services that they show they offer on their app they do not. Though I wonder if the issue was the employee, and not the services offered, because I just visited the store a few days ago.
I came at 7:55 pm and they were already closed. I asked to be attended but they said no because they were closing already...
I used to go frequently so decided to wait 40 minutes for a simple smoothie Mountain Man Crunch that also was not made the way it supposed to be missing ingredients. It used to be a good place.Update:- You have to understand that you are not an essential business. Your priority should be making sure Smoothie’s are consistent and best customer service for people to return. Now you know what issues to address after me leaving the review. I hope you take care of it. FYI I manage 3 gas stations so I do know how labor market is right now and that was the reason I waited close to 40 minutes for a smoothie. If I wanted I would have left after 15 minutes. So let me remind you one more time people come to your business by choice not cause you are essential. You sir have a good day.
Today I placed an online order, the smoothie should have been 5$ but instead it was 9$. The order should have been ready by 10:00am, I got there at 10:15 and I didn’t receive it till 10:30… the cashier girl was super slow at her job, didn’t even care about the customers, and the other lady who was making the smoothies had an AirPod in her ear and didn’t even care about anything.I understand if they are super short staffed but please at least acknowledge your customers.
Best smoothies I have ever had.
On 1/21/22, I called the PS store located in the Publix shopping plaza to confirm the hours of operations and was informed by a female the store would close at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:39 PM only to be met with the rudest attitude by a heavy-set female. As I was checking out, I asked if I could input my phone number for the rewards program. She said "we are closing". Not sure what that had to do with me inputting my phone number, however, I mentioned that the hours on the door indicates closure is 8:00 PM. She said "they told us to close early tonight because business is slow". Who is they? She then proceeded to lock the door at 7:40 PM. I did not bother to mention to her that it was me that called a few minutes earlier to confirm the closure time. Business was not slow. There were five customers in the store sitting down enjoying their smoothies when I arrived. At any rate, a guy made my smoothie. As I was leaving at 7:45 PM, two new customers arrived, but she told them the store was closed and did not serve them. One of the guys yelled out "it is not 8:00 yet". She closed the door with bad attitude energy and the guys left at that point.Who does she think she is exactly? Why did she refuse revenue? Does she not value her job? Does she not realize that she signed up to work at PS and is required to provide good customer service?Bottom line, my experience with her was terrible and very disturbing. I can't make this up and will never visit the store again. Hopefully the owner will read this review and take action sooner than later.
Amazing tasting smoothies and their service is top notch.
They changed the Thursdays special.. I had to pay almost $20 for two medium smoothies....
**I like their smoothies, these 2 stars are for the acai bowls only and the stars are not for the location itself either, because there are nice people there.**These bowls are teeny tiny. I asked for more granola and there was like 10 pieces of it in there and like 5 pieces of banana. For $9 for the bowl these won't even fill you up at all. I've gotten waaay bigger acai bowls elsewhere for that price. These were also a bit runny. Just felt like a rip off. Might as well make your own acai bowl at home.
