Worst Pizza Hut location in Georgia. Undercooked raw dough pizza. Nasty. Never again will I order from this sorry as restaurant
Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza tonight and cinnamon rolls. The pizza so was SO dry!!! There was just a tiny spinels of cheese on the pizza! Awful to skimp customers on cheese! Also looks like they changed their pepperonis here too. Our pizza takes like dry dough with sauce and pepperoni. The only nice cheese spots were where the stuffed crust oozed onto the pizza. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.
Ordered my pizza for delivery, paid delivery fre, also added $5 for tip. Waited 2.5 hours no pizza...called them and they said their driver is not back yet it will br at least another 30 mins. I had to go there and pick it up myself. Even though I paid delivery fee..
3 pizzas that I have ordered have been horrible quality. I believe the people making the Pizza either do not care or do not know how to make pizza. Stuffed crust over cooked so the cheese is just out the crust on the pizza also the Pizza is hard .lacking leadership- Waited for my pizza wile an employee chatted it up with his friend that was just visiting.
The parking there is pretty terrible. I was waiting in the front of the store for a curbside pickup and one of the employees was yelling who parks like that? Like yelling. That’s not okay. I understand it was busy but the design there it isn’t the best for curbside pick up. I won’t be going back. He had glass and curly hair. However, the girl on the phone was very nice. Also, not well staff. There’s usually three ppl at the counter for a busy Friday evening. I do not recommend unless you like to get mistreat by strangers. Shame on him and this establishment for allowing people to speak to their customers in that matters.
Completely incompetent. Ordered delivery, food didn't show up. I call, they say it's out for delivery but don't know when it's coming(location is 5mins from my house). After not being able to get any help over the phone, I tell them I'll come there. I get there, they can't figure out what my order was. Tried to give me 2 different orders that were not mine. At this point, just give me my money back. Terrible service.
Good food, good service when they are not too busy. Need to hire more peoples. Bad location but good service. Love the cashiers.
Spread the sauce, cheese little more over to the edge of the pizza. We lose lots of Pizza if you keep a larger area just bare dough.
They make awesome pizza and their service is good too !! Keep up the good work ?
I am so tired of the poor service and quality of food from this location. The manager Chris is a joke and has no order over the store or it’s employees. They never have drivers even before the pandemic and our food always arrives cold. There is no accountability for their rude employees or any follow up on serious concerns. My last visit they told me I could take my services to Papa Johns. Definitely will take the advice.
