For some reason the store doesn't have $70 change at 8 o'clock on Saturday night. Or at least that's what the manager told me to my face when she refused to take my 100 dollar bill. I guess one of the management thought this would be a good policy. And the 3 pizzas I got looked like the new guy made them. I'll add pictures. I hope they get some new people in this store soon. Until then we'll get your pizzas somewhere else. What kind of Big Franchise doesn't take a 100 bill? One with bad policies. I hope the store owner figures out the rudeness and unprofessional behavior of the staff before it's too late!
Our pizza looked liked the crust was barely cooked. You could barely see the sauce and there was very few toppings on it. Also, it definitely didn't have extra cheese - which we paid extra for. (Please see the pictures). We always come to this one and usually things are fine. However tonight, we were highly disappointed.They offered to remake it, but the 2 people who were ahead of us pizzas looked the same way. Why would we do that for it to be even worse?
Pathetic. Ordered two pizzas and a two liter for 35 bucks delivered inc tip.For some reason Pizza Hut insisted I had only ordered one.Rather than taking the time to try to resolve the issue, the driver and customer rep that answered the phone both kept insisting I only ordered one even though I had my receipt showing otherwise. Manager refused to get on the phone as she was too busy. Had to pay them an in person visit to get a refund. No more Pissa Hut for me.
My food was hot, and delivered quick. The sauce for the wings could use some work, but overall I was satisfied.
I would recommend pizza hut over other brand if they got my order right and not steal 2$ from me
Never received my order. just cancel any orders you dont plan to actually make. for over an hour I was receiving notifications that my order was approved and being prepared then store closes.
This is the worst place i have ever delt with. The most rudest employees. When they answer the phone they just immediately place you on hold forever. No wonder pizza hut is about to go bankrupt. If this is how they train their employees. Ill take my business elsewhere.
Closer to delivery time. Pizza almost cold when arriving. Absolutely will order week nights and avoid busier weekend delivery times pizza is not made as well there was virtually no sauce on the latest pizza
My credit card was processed twice due to a system error on the website. The young lady in the store was very apologetic and was able to fix the error immediately. Great customer service!
I ordered delivery, unfortunately they could not deliver. I'm assuming they did not have enough staff. The pizza was delicious!
