I hate this location. 1 delivery driver on a Thursday evening. Ordered pizza at 815pm its now 1030 pm. Freaking ridiculous. Spend your money but customer service is out the window. Everyone want to keep blaming covid. Might as well close down.........
I ordered 2 large pizzas and noticed that the pizza boxes were not the size of a large. When. I went back into the location to inquire I was advised they were large pizzas but when I came home my parents immediately said oh those are 2 medium pizzas. As the boxes were too small to be larges.
My pizza looked/tasted as though it had sat under the warmer for a very long time. I arrived 15 minutes after placing my carry-out order. I did not expect the pizza to look/taste as though it was left-overs and not fresh. My family and I actually threw it out after eating only 1/4 of it. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food.
Grant was an awesome worker! With great service as well. Highly recommend to order from this location! He should deserve a raise ! Usually when I call to order pizza from other restaurant they don’t care about the order at all. But grant made sure for everything to be perfect! Thanks grant
Placed an order last night at 6:53 and waited for my food to be delivered. 2 hours later still no delivery after message said it was out for delivery. Check my account and it said expected delivery 10:28pm! Called to get a refund and got hung up on so I called again and was told I would get my money back within 3-5 days. Smh worst location ever there is always an issue with them whether is pick up or delivery. They will never get my business again after this
If you want to score high, then get the order correct. Waited more than an hour, the food was cold and was not correct. Called the store, they said they could do nothing for me.
It was probably due to the big Sec game, but the delivery time was extremely long. Also a little disappointed in the cinnamon rolls, they were a bit doughy.
The meat lover stuffed crust was lacking bacon & beef, only had a few pieces on the entire pizza. It was loaded with pepperoni, Italian sausage and ham. Need more bacon and beef.
Since I moved to Lawrenceville GA this Pizza Hut has provided me and my family will outstanding service as well as my orders are always right and if something was wrong they always go above and beyond to try to correct or do something to satisfy you in place of the mistake. But most of all everything I have ordered taste great and always be the right temperature. I really like this Pizza Hut!!
The food was delicious! Will definitely order from you again.
