Im not satisfied with the way this personal pan pizza looks. It doesn’t look as if they even cooked it. They lost my future service.
Order pizza got to be worse pizza ever no sauce barely no cheese, meat or nothing. Just hard over cook dough that looked like a pizza but all hard bread. You are wasting your money and time ordering from this place. Now I see why people don’t order Pizza Hut anymore. Thought I give it a try since been years since I ordered hoping things had changed…..?NO ITS WORST ? Pretty confident this brand will go out of business soon.
I ordered online a 10 tastemaker with pepperoni (extra) and sausage. When I was prompted that it was ready I went to the store. I pulled around to the window and no one was there for 5 minutes so as I drove off I see the crew coming all from behind so I come around. I come back to the window pay for my food and this is what I get. NOT EVEN CLOSE. it’s burnt and only half of it has the second toppings which was jalapeños. But that’s not the worst part. When I come back nobody was there because they was outside just relaxing!!! People just in line waiting to be served and they outside. I even tried to call and nobody and I mean NOBODY PICKED UP. I don’t know the employees that worked today (April 30 2022) but they all need to be fired.
I ordered a pizza from this location and they gave me the wrong pizza, the pizza was delivered to me 15 minutes after I ordered the pizza, was cold like they been had it made and just gave it to us , they gave us no receipt and when I called several times I might add they kept putting me on hold ! I didn’t get a response until an hour later just for them to say that they are busy and to hold some more!. This Pizza Hut has no respect for their customers or their money!
The manager guy was a complete JERK when I went to pick up my order. I was trying to figure out where to go with no signs anywhere and old spray paint pointing in the wrong direction, and he literally yelled at me instead of just helping guide me. Then they only gave me 7 instead of 8 wings and won't answer their phone. Maybe he should spend more time managing quality control and less time yelling at customers.
I received my order with no drink as specified so I had to wait for the driver to return to the store and bring the drink back. When I opened my order of breadsticks, they were burned and there was hair on the top of them so I called in to the store I placed the order at and told them that I had just received my order and that the driver was bringing my drink back and asked if they could remake my order of breadsticks and send them as well and the lady told me that the driver had already left the store and was on the way to bring my drinks back and that they could not remake them and bring them to me. She finally asked what else we could do so I told her to just refund me for the breadsticks but her attitude was not pleasant at all.
good customer service but the pizza is not good. overcooked and dry. the sauce for the breadsticks was not filled to the top
Your delivery driver had his dog in the car with him and my dipping sauce was not full the bread sticks and pizza was burnt
Great food. Amazing staff! They remade my order because my son's GPS directed him to the wrong location and he wouldn't have been able to make it there before they closed. I had to go pick up our big dinner box, but they thought we weren't coming and cancelled our order. The manager was friendly and accommodating, and the employees were courteous. I really didn't mind waiting. The food was cooked right. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely be ordering from this store again. Especially now that my son knows where it is ?
Took more then a while for my order to arrivePizza was still worm not hot . And the toping were good wish it was a far share of toppings. I try not to complain. The pizza was far . And my experience was overall pleasant.
