Everything we ate was very good, as usual..We've been there several times through the years but the first without children (of any age)...Crab and spinach dip was best ever by any of us.. My husband and I and our youngest daughter and husband. l.The beers were rated GOOD by the men and my daughter and my Kendall-Jackson cabernet was excellent...All the meals were great and quite filling...My oysters were well prepared and crispy coated,,The shrimp and grits, Mardi Gras pasta, and Crawfish platter were enjoyed immensely by the others...We had no problems with any of our meal....We came away pleasantly full. Service also was fantastic....
Missing cheesecake and shrimp I ordered this twice and twice I was missing items. I order family feast with no substitutes but missing rice bread and shrimps..
Horrible experience. The hostess Sierra was rude and disrespectful. The wait was over 2 hours long and half the staff wasn’t taking COVID-19 serious. Ran out of food and Management was too busy on TikTok
Cajun decor. Friendly, professional service. Good wine list. Delicious food. Covid protections in place including dividers at the bar. Shaundra offered us great service with good advice. She brought samples for a wine choice. She obviously had been well trained. We will surely ask for her table when we return.

I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER. I've been hung up on by the manager and employees 4 times. My 1st time here, my last time here. You guys have NO customer sevice whatsoever. Then you STOLE my money! You better believe I will take action. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

I have been to Atlanta several times and this restaurant have been on my bucket list of one to try. Shame on myself for not going to this restaurant sooner the atmosphere the waitresses and waiters had great customer service the team work between the staff was great. The food was fresh and flavorful you can definitely tell the food did not have a chance to sit under the red light for any reason it came out as soon as it hits the plate. The portions of the food I could be shareable so that if you have multi people at the table you could be able to share so everyone could get a taste of all the Awesome food that is on the menu.
What can I say about Pappadeaux's except that it never fails at providing exceptional service and some of the best food that any restaurant can offer. To start the New Year 2021 off with a Positive Experience, a friend and I concluded that a visit to Pappadeaux's definitely hope and starting a new year off right. Covid protocols have been implemented for everyone's safety and comfort. The staff was exceptional like always. Our waitress made us feel like a King and a Queen. And the FOOD.... Well, I would give it six stars if I could. Thanks Pappadeaux's! Happy New Year!
Love the food but the fact that my food is scheduled to be picked up and I still have to wait 30 mins is ridiculous im gonna have to start going to Jimmy Carter. Mind you I ordered a salad... irritated
