Service was great but the food, almost everything included sides and sauces were way over salted. From the soup to entrees 4 of us ordered different meals, yet salty. We did order the combo appetizer and that was tasty!
I went to Papi's with my family today, I ordered a Jerk chicken sandwich which came as plain chicken. I sent it back and when it returned, Jerk chicken sauce was poured all over the inside of the sandwich.The waitress had the order correct and a mistake was made in the kitchen (it happens), but the way it was handled to send back a sandwich with a puddle of jerk sauce in the middle was disgusting.The waitress did try to be helpful, and I do appreciate it, but I will not be spending my money there again.
Service and quality has gone tremendously down since the pandemic. The service was subpar. We waited and waited for service before asking another server to help. Luis was great! He recommended the flan which was perfect. Unfortunately, the lechón and the masitas de puerco were dry. I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

These folks!!! Their food is SO good. It is SOUL satisfying Cuban food.Whenever I have a real craving, Papi’s is the place!Empanada sampler, yucca fries! Sandwiches…so, SO GOOD!!!Do yourself a favor: get some Papi’s, TODAY! ?
Spectacular! lunch was a bit busier than is normal but that didn't stop the staff from providing great and as quick as possible service. Came for drinks and appetizers and was blown away one bite after another.
Papi’s is always perfect! The Rey’s Cuban is the best Cuban sandwich I’ve ever tasted. The empanada sampler is also a winner. It’s very affordable. Service is fast and friendly with no pressure whatsoever.

Was told by some co workers to try this place. AMAZING. IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD. APPETIZERS, SERVICE AND THE FOOD WAS PERFECT. WE WILL BE BACK WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. THANK YOU. MY COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF
