Must Rude staff I've ever encountered, I first called them slightly before close to check the status of an order placed long in advanced as I was on my way there the person who was closing kept angrily reminding me they close soon then hung up on me I then arrive I press the button that's the bell for their attention he then yells at me the door is open just come inside. Then disrespectfully hands the food to me in an aggressive manor. Here's a tip can't handle stressful situations don't work a stressful job
Meatball mushrooms and sausage med. Pizzas. Everything you expect at a takeout pizza place. Drinks, brownies, all types and toppings of pizza. Good value for takeout and or delivery. Give it a try.
Now they have decent pizza but I ordered some wings about 3 weeks ago and I watched the young lady touch my wings without gloves on and put wings into the box... this did not sit well with me?
I worked for Harry before for a good while , and this is the only location of his that has disappointed me numerous times, the last time I came in I had complained the edges weren’t cheesed enough and I just simply wanted a remake and the manager who is a colored woman said it’ll still come out like that and I explained I’ve worked for papa John’s for a long time and she said well we can but it’ll still come out like that , well I just got my money back. TODAY I ordered pickup and I got there, even tho I was running late, and it had been an hour and I was okay with it being warm and not hot because that’s my fault, but turns out they had to remake my pizza because they didn’t have it anymore LOL usually i would wait 1-3 hours and call the customer if they are still picking it up which they did not do. Very sad. Another thing is they did not include a pepperoncini or a garlic sauce cup and the pizza is very much not light sauce and poorly spreaded, some toppings are not properly spread either. It’s okay tho I’m still gonna eat it Bc it’s edible, i decided not to call and complain this time in case they try to argue about it with me. I’d rather the DO see this himself.
Twice now they have either ruined my pizza or only given me half my order but still charge for the full order and you can never get anybody otp. Not ordering from here again
Absolutely negative experience from this restaurant. I would rather buy a Little Caesars Pizza (not vendor bashing) than a pizza from this Papa John's. Sorry to make the assumption, but the staff is ALL high on something...... They gave me 2 wrong pizzas. Then got mad at me for calling them out on how they messed up. No apology. Then when they finally gave me my pizzas they were sealed. When I opened them they looked weird. I bit into the woste pizza in my entire life. I've made a lot of pizza in my life and have NEVER TASTED something so foul! 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND!
My kids love this place and I had a bad experience and they had no problem solving the problem at all.. I recommend
I ordered pizza and wings for hubby from Canada because he was not feeling well through uber eat but the lady driver never showed up with the food and hubby drove down to the store only to find out the driver picked up more than hour ago and choose not to deliver for reasons known to her. Met with Steven, who was very friendly, professional and kind. They were about to close for the night and he promised to quickly prepare fresh pizza for him in less than 10 minutes at no charge, which was amazing. His customer service was exceptional and I want to say thank you to him because people like you makes the world a better place. The pizza and wings were so yummy and delicious that he couldn’t have enough. I highly recommend this place for tasty pizza and wings?. Thanks guys, you deserve more than 5 stars rating.
The manager her Yori is by far the worst everytime I try to get food from here my experience is horrible and makes me not wanna eat from no Papa John locations. Food gets delivered cold and I complained but didn't get a good response from management. When I went to pick up I waited for 45min then I refused to take the pizza and asked for a refund. 1st when I arrived the app said the food was ready for pick so I asked for my order and was told its coming out the oven. 2nd time asking for my order I was told it would be ready in 5 more minutes and that was a ly also. 3rd time asking for my order I was told they forgot to cook both of my pizza and only had 1 ready. So I waited another 10min and asked a 4th time and was told the manager Yori still didn't pull my ticket to make my pizza. After all all of that he still didn't try to make things right by me being the customer so I will never eat from this location ever again for sure an may not hold this against THE PAPA JOHN brand
