I'm pretty confident in this statement: ANY review above a 1 star is family/friends of employees if not the employees themselves.There is no customer service. Sometimes you get a pizza. Just a bunch of immature people collecting a paycheck imitating bare minimum levels of work because the manager also doesn't care about any level of customer satisfaction, or providing the service that is paid for.I would feel sorry for thier future employers, but I really doubt any of them are going far....Just save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else....
Today is 4/21/2022. At exactly 10:31pm I contacted Papa Johns to ask if they’re still accepting orders and deliver and the person on the phone said yes but I guess forgot to mute the phone and I heard him say “omg ****” and I said excuse me? And he said oh nothing and asked if I needed help with anything. This was very unexpected and I lost interest in ordering pizza. It was still 30mins until closing and I did feel bad about ordering a bit late but I live down the street. That’s why I politely asked if they still accept orders and deliver. No more Papa Johns thanks to whoever picked up the phone.
Our company tried to order pizza for the whole office and not even 5 minutes after placing the order i received a call from the store asking when did i expect this to be done (not in a nice tone) and when i said around 12 which was at the time a hour and half away he immediately responded "absolutely not" and that he was the only one working and already had orders ahead of us. I understand staffing issues and with us having a larger order that it would take longer but the customer service was just not there.
This location needs a new Owner and all new management . All the workers making pizza don't follow no food safety at all. No hair nets and no gloves. Pizza screens all over the floor behind the cutting table and the workers just kick and walk over them. The young (Hispanic) lady with black glasses was taking orders then she would go straight to help making pizzas then come back to taking more orders so I just walkout after seeing all this unhealthy nonsense. I truly think All the employees at this location don't give a Damn about following food safety preparation policy.
I ordered two Papadias and they were made incorrectly on 2/23/2022. I called the store to correct the order and instead of fixing the issue the manager for the night at this location proceeded to ARGUE with me that it was made correctly when I order this from Papa John’s ALL THE TIME. I asked for his name and he refused to give me that as well. I refuse to argue when I paid MY money and my order was not made correctly. I am most definitely coming tomorrow to speak with another manager and hopefully they have some sense because the one I spoke to tonight clearly doesn’t and hasn’t been trained properly when it comes to customer service or being a manager.I posted photos to show proof . Papadias ARE NOT made this thin ! It literally tasted like I was eating wet paper .THESE PEOPLE HAVE BAD REVIEWS FROM TODAY ALL THE WAY BACK TO 7 YEARS AGO AND NOTHING HAS CHANGED ! SHUT THIS PAPA JOHN’S DOWN EXPEDITIOUSLY THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
I don’t know what has been going on with this location lately, but the past few pizzas we have gotten from here has been horrible. Oh let’s not forget the long wait times, yesterday we ordered 1 pizza (the works), and it took them 2 hours and about 30 minutes to get it to us. The pizza was cold when it got here and the worst of it all is that there was barely any cheese on the pizza, just veggies and saw pretty much. This location needs to do better, it’s becoming very horrible honestly.
I ordered pizza for pickup, got it home and there was HAIR in my puzza. I called and spoke with the manager anf was told that if I could not bring it back, there was nothing thst he could do fot me. I had knee replacement surgery and was in a lot of pain but WOW to inconvenience a customer due to your healh code violation, just HORRIBLE!
Nobody have on gloves it's white dough dust everywhere. Nobody has washed there hands since I been here. The floor and stuff look clean but definitely can tell no management or good manager is on duty.
HORRIBLE customer service. Only half of my order was delivered. When I called to speak with the manager he said it would be another 35-40 mins before they would be out with another pizza even though the mistake was on them. Asked about compensation and he said, either I can wait for the pizza or cancel the order. It seems like customer service has gone out the window these days. BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS this location has. Spend your money elsewhere!!!!!!
I'm so sad the way my food showed up I felt disrespected papa John's has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was a kid ... first the lady who took my cc# info asked me question that shouldn't be asked she freaked me out ... I called back to speak with this lady whom wasn't available because they have a call center answer the calls for them... then my food was delivered not sealed properly.. the way my pizza box was my wings barley closed ... I mean why take my order if your not going to deliver it the right way... I also paid a tip upfront.. and for what when they couldn't even take the time to make sure my food was delivered right ..its truly sad that people can take your money and treat you less then.... I've been eating papa John's all my life so I guess it's time for something new.. ? hummmm
