Placed a online curbside pickup order on my app.Was told the quiche I chose was unavailable and was provided with my options.Chose the spinach and artichoke one…. That I received undercooked.Panera us too expensive as is but the fact that I made it all the way home so it’s no use in trying to get another one.I had no problem waiting the necessary time to get fully cooked food.
Ordered curbside tonight. Like always, the broccoli cheddar soup was delicious...but there were some issues with the tuna....as a diabetic I try not to eat too much bread, so I brought it home. As I was getting the tuna off the bread I realized that there was maybe enough for two saltine crackers (no lie!) Even took pics. So I was like oh well...took a bite and got a mouth full of vinegar. ?
DISGUSTING! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULDN’T HESITATE TO DO SO! ORDERED ON GRUBHUB!!THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP? NOT A NOODLE IN THE BOWL, THICK CLUMPY SAUCE, MUSHED UP PIECES OF I THINK WAS SOME RANDOM MEAT AND NOTHING ELSE , DISGUSTING. I ALSO ORDERED A MANGO SMOOTHIE THAT HAD FULL PEICES OF ICE CUBES IN IT. LOOKED LIKE JAIL FOOD, DEFINITELY A WASTE OF 22$
The employees are not wearing masks. Manager had a temper tantrum because I took the last blueberry muffins so she didn't have them for the catering order she was making. If you run out of products by 7:20 in the morning, be mad at your Baker not at the customer. This store is consistently out of bagels and muffins very early in the morning. At least I used up my gift card and don't have to come back.
I always order Xtra croutons with soup. 9 times out of 10 my order arrives with zero.....zilch....croutons .?
Waited 45 minutes for curbside delivery on a busy Sunday, they forgot my cookie and my utensils so I can’t eat the salad I ordered. The cashier was super friendly so it’s definitely not her fault, they just need to get it together because I got my food an hour after I ordered it. The employees should be paid more for the high stress environment.
I just picked up the chipotle chicken avocado melt and WOW!!!! I took one bite and threw the entire sandwich away. The bread was sopping wet. The chicken looked like canned chicken and it smelt terrible. Nothing but children work there and were playing around the whole time I was there. They were also out of chips at 4pm. Never again. This location has went downhill.
HORRIBLE AND NASTY! If I could give this place 0 stars it wouldn’t even be good enough. I remember some years ago thinking this Panera was one of the best in Gwinnett. It’s trash now. The store looks old and filthy. The trash is overflowing. The red head manager has a nasty nasty attitude. She kept apologizing for having new staff, but in a very condescending way. It took 20 minutes to receive 3 hot chocolates that tasted horrible which we threw them away - I had to go and find the drinks without ever being notified they were ready. Everyone looks clueless in here, the staff communication is deplorable. The manager yelling at the new hires apparently, who had no clue what they were doing. They had DoorDash drivers late for their deliveries and yelling at them too with an attitude. No hair covers worn by most of the people handling food. I ordered a cup of soup that took 25 min. to get that I had to keep asking for. I got it without the side of bread, when I went to ask for it, the “cook” was about to hand it to me in my hand. Like what the heck is going on?!! I asked if he could put it in a bag and he threw it in with no care, no pride in his work. These places have been affected by COVID but dang, they’re just hiring any one to work at these places now. I can see it shutting down. It’s HORRIBLE!
This is one of my favorite spots EVER! I’ve been coming here for years and the vibe remains the same. Very warm and welcoming! I decided on the margarita flatbread today. Thought I’d change it up. I’m so glad that I did! This was quite possible the best flatbread I’ve ever had! Mostly because of the bell pepper tomato sauce. I didn’t even know that was a thing! Anyways, the serving size was exactly what I needed to feel satisfied. I love everything Panera does! Keep up the good work! #ashsaidit
This place has taken a steady nose dive the last year. It used to be so fast and my order was always right. Now I have the app and the beverage club which I try and use every morning. Every morning I come to this location they lose my order and when I ask about my rapid pickup they just ask what I ordered. I show them my order on my phone because I don’t want them messing it up after I took the time to order for rapid pick up. It is so frustrating. The woman today said it’s because they’re over staffed and miss the rapid pickup orders. That’s not a valid excuse. Pay your people enough to be fully staffed or people will stop coming here because it’s not worth the trouble to go through 15 minutes to get a bagel.
