I'm over it, My first time ordering from here, never freaking again, I ordered the Bigger Plate, with three meats, and one side, I received two meats, I called back to the store, and it was a total waste of time, The manager asked what did I want her to do? Really people this is beyond riduculous, it's already crazy out here, and you wanna play with people, and their money. I can't.
Bad service the cashier mya when she gave me the hot and soy souce she throwed them like she was playing basketball .I told her she needs to learn more about costumer service
3rd Panda Express in a row with today without Teriyaki Chicken…their neighbors had some.
They quantity of food they seve is good but they need to improve quality of food.
Just had the worst experience with the employee here. She was very unprofessional and using inappropriate language. I’m not sure if the manager was there but no one said anything to her. I’m assuming she was probably the manager. As a fellow employee of customer service I found her demeanor and unprofessionalism unacceptable. I hope Panda Express look into who they are hiring or at least provide proper training.
I received good service from the employees. The orange flavored chicken, the rice and chow mein was good. But the honey sesame chicken was very nasty. They definitely cooked it. The green beans in it were shriveled up and dry, the bells peppers were burnt and the sauce tasted disgusting so the chicken tasted disgusting. This will be going in the trash. This was my first time eating at this location. I wasted my money. I wish I had only got the orange flavored chicken. The other entree I originally wanted wasn't available and I didn't have time to wait for it to cook because I was on my lunch.
I bought take out and they didn't give me a bag, they told me they don't give any more bags! OMG that's terrible it's hot food to take in my hands.
