When ordering from DoorDash from this location, anticipate something major will be missing. It has happened three times now, which is why I'm writing and review. This last time they missed an entire entree. Before it was a side item, before that, and appetizer. If you have to use this place, id say go in yourself and double check. I usually can understand a mistake here or there, but three times in a row just shows they don't really care, or at least it seems that way.
This location is always quick and the food is always good. Never had a bad experience here.
?? I ate here yesterday and got food Poisoning I had a bowl of white rice and some beef and broccoli Their service sucks as well a lot of high schoolers work here As a result there's a lot of careless mistakes You guys should show some work ethic
When I was there I order some food and I have to wait because chicken was cool jet, that’s not a problem I can wait but after some time and chicken got ready she have a bunch of plates pile up and she start to give the food to the last Obed when was my time my plate was pretty much cold not good experience that day
I love panda food, but the only inconvenience they make people uncomfortable, because always asking change for charity purposes, when I refuse to give it cashier lady chance her face on bad attitude. I think is optional to give or not.
This is my first time leaving a review for Panda Express because normally I have a good experience. Yesterday though my experience was not that great. First, the young lady taking my order greeted me by saying "You". I was very much taken back by this greeting. I thought maybe I was hearing things so I waited to see how she greeted the next customer. She said the same thing,"You". WHAT IS THAT? That is no way to greet customers. It is very disrespectful. Whatever happened to "Welcome to Panda Express, can I take your order?" Please train your staff to be respectful to the customers because the customers are the reason why they have a job.I didn't say anything to the young lady because I was taught never to argue with someone serving your food. Anyway, the second thing was the cashier, she didn't know what she was doing either and she kept blaming another employee for her mistakes. Third, my favorite thing to get from Panda Express is the orange chicken. I've never had a problem with it before but this time I was not pleased. I thought that orange chicken was made with chicken. Well, I had a couple of pieces that was just dough not chicken at all. I didn't eat it because it wasn't chicken . I was quite disappointed in my meal. I'm paying for orange chicken not orange dough.I know times are hard right now and it's difficult to find employees but your business will take a hit if the experience isn't a good one. I don't think I will be back to this Panda Express.
We tried to order a to go meal over the phone. When we called, they told us we could only use their app or their website. We were driving and didn’t bother because we had another option nearby.
I just ordered a family plate meal with Uber eats and I was not happy with the food the noodles smelled like it was from two days ago they were so dry. The food was also cold.
Almost $10 dollars for half full plate . Mostly Noodles and broccoli. She even put in my plate … wherever was out of the hotpots . Disgusting, they clean out around the food with rags that aren’t the most clean. I also was trying to buy small extra box of teriyaki chicken… but the person didn’t make the box full either and was going to pay extra … but not like I was getting it for free. Not worth long lines and getting wherever they want to put in my plate.
If I could no stars I would, worst experience. Costumers were literally having to ask for stuff more then once. The girl working the register clearly didn’t know what she was doing, while the rest of the staff was piling on eachother in the same corner. Still unable to do their job correctly. Took forever to get my food for it to not even taste correct, sad used to be my favorite place
