Worst McDonald's in the area. Understaffed, slow, and rude. After waiting well over 15 minutes, the staff finally acknowledged me and said they would not take my order and insisted I use the self service kiosk even after I informed the employees I was a cash customer (kiosk doesn't take cash)... Terrible management, and terrible owner. Review should be a zero star
I ordered breakfast that morning. I usually never want them to add cream and Splenda to my coffee because they never get it right. But this time it was perfect, I couldn't believe it thanks McDonald's!
Not so much on the "Fast" part of Fast Food. Have been here a couple of times at both lunch and dinner times and it always takes a while to get your food, even if there are no cars in front of you at the drive thru. I wouldn't mind the wait so much, but even after having to pull forward to a curbside spot to wait for my food...my burger tasted like it had been under a heat lamp all day. The meat was dry and the bun was stale and crumbly and the fries were cold. Unfortunately this was not just a one time occurrence on the food not being hot or fresh when served. I suggest you check your food before you leave the window...or the curbside spot if you have to wait for your food.
Out of literally every drink/syrup front and back of house. Food was warm and not hot ie fries/burgers. No one but management will read this but on March 13 2022 there was a major breakdown in everything with SO MANY employees. Every table was dirty and the paper towels were out in the bathroom. Auditors please visit now you would shut this place down how can business be done like this. Not a good McDs
I had the best experience tonight!! Happy employees great food great service!! I know things have been tough lately and employees are overwhelmed and tired with no appreciation well let me tell you I appreciate you!! What a pleasant end to my day!!
Absolutely HATE this location. Every time I come , I always have an issue . Fries are super dry and cold.. never any salt on the fries .. Instead of the cookies being nice and warm , I received frozen cookies in a cookie bag … UNACCEPTABLE! Will NEVER order food from this location again. If I could give this location no stars I would.
I normally get a fish fillet meal with no tarter sauce, no salt on fries, and Dr pepper. I chose the 2 cheeseburger meal with no pickle, no salt on the fries, sand Dr pepper. The burgers was so messy, one had to much ketchup, and the other too much mustard. I worked at McDonald's when minimum wage was $3.75, and we would never let nothing like this come off our line to give to a customer. Service and quality has really went down since the pandemic.

What is the point of opening two drive through lanes if only one side is going to move? Sat at the outside drive through lane for 15-20min with no answer, but the inside lane was moving no problem. I could have gotten better service using ubereats.. but then again this is McDonald's we are talking about
I literally just watched the piece of trash employees at night hide and stop answering the drive through. There were a line of cars just sitting and waiting. I ended up calling the store and a women answered. I asked why they didn’t take any orders.. she hangs up the phone. Absolutely disgusting. People like that deserve to be poor
