Horrible customer service was received today at this location approximately at 12pm from quite a few of the staff. My Mocha Frappe was brought out by an African American gentlemen who was talking over it with spit flying out of his mouth as he presented it. I mentioned it to him & he was rude, hiss his teeth made a smart remark and walked off. I proceeded to tell a manager, who was a Hispanic lady that refused to give her name & she went off on me spending more time arguing than resolving the problem. After this encounter, I will think twice before returning to this location it referring anyone here. I know times are stressful, but u wasn’t even rude to them, only asked about a drink that I was afraid to drink that I PAID for, and the server was talking all over it, literally. I’m suppose to drink this?
I haven't been to McDonald's in years but went here to get gift cards for a company event. Figured I get a quarter pounder which was my go to burger and 2 apple pies. The places is newly renovated and looks clean. Food was good and exactly how I remembered it to be but that is where they experience ends. I needed to get 18x $5 gift cards and the employees acted like they did not know how to do it. They finally had called their GM according to them and finally told me that because of the fraud that I had to pay in cash???? What???? This is less than a $100 transaction?!?? I was using a corporate credit card so not anybody can just use it. This was the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard, well needless to say they lost my business and any other future business I may bring them.
McDonald's, I beg you, please bring the robots; please replace all humans... This is my local McDonald's, and every time it is something wrong. This past time was the icing on the cake. It was a rainy night, and I wanted something sweet. The app offered 40% off apple pie. I said to myself. “I know they will let that be a strawberry pie, and I'll just get another (gotta keep it even can't eat just one)." Drove up since it was a 3-minute drive, and I proceeded to give my order and asked for the two strawberry pies. I was then told this code is only for an apple pie." I asked you can't just make it a strawberry? " the guy said," no, because it costs more for a strawberry. " I said ok, give me the apple and just one strawberry. The total was $3.67 or something like that. I paid and got my order. I quickly pull off because it's raining, and I want to get my window up. I get to the light and reach into it, and what do I see 2 COLD APPLE PIES. So, I can't get a strawberry pie because it costs more, but you can give me cold apple pies ripping me off??? How sway??? DO NOT recommend it, and they don't care to read this, so probably a waste of time.
This has to be the slowest McDonald's on North America. If you use the drive thru, there will be 20 cars in line and you will wait 5 minutes per car. If you pick in-store pickup, you will walk inside and wait 40 minutes. It's insane.I know it's not the employees' fault, so no hate there. It's a corporate problem. They don't pay their employees properly, so they don't have enough employees. So you gotta wait 40 minutes, every time, for a subpar burger.Stop giving this place your money.
This is by fare the worst place ever especially staff I came in Tuesday to pick up a order for delivery waiting for a while I noticed that an employee wasn’t feeling well she was accompanied by another worker and another employee who seemed to be in charge spoke rudely to her and told another employee to help the young girl go outside and get fresh air that apparently she was having issues breathing ?? instead of calling paramedics or her parents putting her life in danger I found that so unprofessional I even told the person who ordered why the wait was so long for there order and that employees steeped out like nothing instead of taking care of orders I find this not ok I used to work in fast food and been through this I had to call there emergency contact being there mom and 911 for paramedics I will be notifying OSHA REGULATIONS about this this is not the right Proto call of the rules from the rulebook As a former manager and general manager that’s something that I would not allow to happen paramedics would’ve been called on the scene that is so unprofessional if you guys to have these young little teenagers running a store taking forever instead of doing the right thing by the book Will definitely not be coming back here in any order I had to pick up there for delivery I will let them know how the staff is so they won’t have to order from there anymore
Just left. Waited 30 minutes in line to be told by a very rude woman with a Hispanic accent that it was cash only. I said I ordered off the app(so the payment already went through, it doesnt go through the store themselves). She said "cash only." I tried to clarify by asking "you mean even if you order through the app?" And she said "I KNOW that. Cash ONLY." in the most condescending, rude tone that literally made me speechless. If this was the first time I had this experience, I would have let it slide , but it wasn't. Now it's after 2 am, I worked a 20 hour nursing shift on the COVID unit, I have no other options and no food at home, and some woman sassed me AGAIN after I just spent 20 hours literally saving lives. Won't be back.
Very clean and the staff was polite haven't ate at this restaurant in a long time will definitely be back when I'm in this area
They are constantly forgetting something I've ordered. I usually catch it but not tonight. My girls didn't get their burgers. The worst part was waiting for 15 it get my mobile curbside order which I had to end up actually going inside to get. I kept seeing them bring out drive through orders but not my food. The manager said " Well you have a big order and we are short staffed" but the drive thur was moving fast and obviously the priority. I'll just go to Chick-fil-A from now on.
Update. If you work for a delivery service, be prepared. Although they are fully staffed no matter the time a day, be ready to wait. They are usually slow her95% of the time. Great communication here. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Drive through available
The food is horrible. In not going to this McDonald's again. I have been to this location several times and the hamburgers are luke warm and look like they have been sitting around. The fries are lukewarm also and not cooked long enough. The cokes look like they have been drawn and sitting around.
