Not the first time ordering at this place but the 3rd time my order was wrong shm, the first two times they handled there mistake pleasantly and professional. My granDiva luvz McDonald's Happy Meal, she's 6yrs old and she orders Cheeseburger Plan, NO KETCHUP ( allergic) no pickles, just meat cheese and bun, extra fries and sprite that's it. The manager was totally rude and when I ask for corporate number she claims there not one and told me to call number on receipt which is that McDonald's store number due to me requesting fresh food since everything was cold after waiting, she Maria refused so I asked for my money back and my granDiva didn't get her McDonald's Happy Meal ? she tried something new that evening Taco Bell soft burrito and when McDonald's mess my order up G.G. you can just take me to Taco Bell ?
The people who work here are stupidly childish. They are so SLOW and they mock people's accents. Straight up disrespectul and annoying, they are worse than a cold Monday morning. They did not give me a receipt because "they didn't have" and gave me a wrong order. Hopefully they get new personnel; someone who actually cares to work and does it well.
Nothing against this McDonald's in particular the food was good it's just that it's McDonald's and it's not my first choice of restaurants to go to. But the food here was still good and I'd come back if I had no choice
Literally the SLOWEST McDonalds ever. Ran by teenagers that are rude and incompetent.
Normally the service at this one is great but they messed up the order and the guy at the pick up window had the worst attitude he raised his voice snapping at me twice. They still get 4 stars because over all it's just this one guy that had a problem.
We needed something quick we needed something warm to carry into the hotel this was our choice they even held the happy meals for us that we forgot and left behind as we drove off too fast. The food was wonderful when we got to eat it when we got to the hotel. It's a McDonald's menu we knew what we wanted before we drove in. We had a great time just trying to order five people change their minds too fast. But the service people kept up and kept the order correct we got everything we wanted nothing was wrong with the order and it all tasted great.
Ordered a small fries & been waiting for a person over the drive through to take my order while others pass me by.
My local spot service on point am pm doesn'tmatter. Look if the line long no worries, give it a minute . Never inconvenient moves rapidly
Ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese. Received a raw patty. Night shift manager refused to do anything. Photo attached.
Good that I checked my order before driving off.alwsys something missing ...maybe my luck idk
