This is still the worst McDonald’s ever, I keep giving them chances and this is not my only review about this location, lady just try to put food in my car that wasn’t even mine, I told her it wasn’t my food as I tried to hand it back and she said “ if it’s not your food why you take the bag? In the most disrespectful way you can talk to a human being, disgusting, food is good but the service is disrespectful
My experience was horrible. I ordered a happy meal through the app for curbside pickup. It said the wait time would be 5 minutes once I checked in the app. I waited for about 10 to 15 minutes before I decided to go inside to collect my food. I went inside and told them I was picking up a curbside order the person who prepared my meal didn't even offer an apology. I was trying to say something additional to her but she was so not into listening to me but preparing the food. When I got the food and asked another team member if the toy was inside the box all she said was 'Should be.' I had to open the box and look for myself and the toy was not even in the box. I said that to the team member that I asked about the toy and then she said it to the lady that prepared the meal and she just basically threw the toy on the counter. The team members need customer service training as they don't have any customer service at all. It should not matter what time of day you order for curbside, you should get the beat treatment and service at all times. If you offer curbside then a customers food should be delivered curbside so they don't have to go in the store and wait. I would not recommend anyone to this McDonald's at all. The service stinks.
Would not recommend this McDonald’s at all! If I could give 0 stars I totally would. I stopped here on my way home from the airport around 1 AM 4/2/22. I ordered a 2 for $3 (chicken nuggets and double cheeseburger), a fish filet meal, a number 3 (double quarter pounder cheese meal), and an extra large tea. When I got to the food window the employee in the window was rude and I only gave me 2 teas. I told her I’m missing one tea. She gave me attitude and told me I needed to pay $1.06. Then she got her manager and he was even more rude than the first person. The employees are definitely a reflection of the manager. I just did not want to deal with this that late and just left. They have terrible customer service and I would say to not go here if you are wanting a late night snack.
I tried to pick up a mobile app order on 3/31/2022, and I had to tell them the code for my order 3 times, once at the speaker and once at each window. None of them seemed to be able to figure out what my order was and requested that I park. Once I parked I sat for an additional 10 minutes, and when I noticed my card was charged and a confirmation email was sent, I thought my order was coming out. When I saw nobody bringing it out, I looped back to the window with the intent to show them the charge went through, and that I would like my food. The manager, a tall African American man, was not flexible and unsympathetic to the fact that I had clearly paid their location, and I even had proof that the order was processed right on my phone for him to see. He insisted that I still take it to the corporate office for a refund instead of simply obliging me which is very unlike most restaurants I've been too. Usually as long as I provide proof of purchase, the employees are happy to oblige and fulfill the orders. His attitude gave me the impression that he would rather turn away a loyal customer than be willing to admit his computer system or the mobile app is in the wrong. I'm now going to look elsewhere for my weekly dinner every Thursday night on my way home from work.
I went inside because the drive thru line was long. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to take my order before being told to use the kiosk. I asked that a person take my order and they refused. I left and ended up going thru the drive thru anyway. After receiving my food I asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with the manager ANTONNE who needs some classes in customer service. He was quite rude. I understand they may be short staffed but if he can't handle the pace of fast food without being rude and dismissive maybe he should find something slower. He also wouldnt acknowledge that refusing to take a customers order and requiring them to use the kiosk was a problem. They should also tell customers that there is no one there to take orders when they enter and not after they have been standing there for 10 minutes.
What's going on here? My order is nothing like what I said. Asker for no cheese and onion on my quarters pounder. They gave me nothing but cheese and onion and a bacon I didn't want and can't eat. Completely waste a meal and money. Honestly wow...
As a Time filler on the side I actually don't ask occasionally I had to order to pick up at this location and I went in and was rudely greeted by some gentleman I don't know if he was a manager or what when I asked her about the order he said he didn't have the order so I contacted doordash they said basically the order was there etc etc and I was going to show this guy on my phone sent me via text and he tells me do not put your phone in my face I'm not reading anything that you have rude rude rude he just he does not need to be working with the public he needs to probably be digging holes in the ground somewhere and not dealing with people whoever owns this franchise probably should terminate this young man he's a very tall African American youngster and with a very smart mouth and a poor customer service attitude
That biscuit that I paid for but y’all didn’t give to me. How about you give to the man on the corner. At least somebody will have breakfast this morning.
Went through drive through for some tea, was asked to hold. While I waited, the other drive through lone was still being waited on. I was thanked for waiting, but I said something...but the person just said ...what?? This was 1030 am so off hours too.
I hate to be this person, but the service here was frustrating. Granted, we visited after midnight, so I wouldn’t blame employees for not really wanting to be there. It was quite off-putting, though, so I would never return here. There was just no clear communication and an overall “I don’t care” attitude from the employees and no clear explanation of why we weren’t getting the food we ordered. We left without 3/4 of what we ordered because of utter confusion. It might have been a problem with the app, but either way, just a poor experience.
