Won't be back at this location. Just left the other location off Pleasant Hill because their system is down and they were taking cash only. Then I drive to this location a few minutes before 3 am. I pull up after car in front takes forever. We're closed. Well you need to close permanently. Close for 2 hours for what?? You want people to come to your restaurant but it's always something up with system, cash only or can't serve certain items. Another location off my list. Good luck making money. And people come for the app. How can we use it if there is always an excuse. Do better.
What happened to fresh nuggets and fries? Does that exist anymore? Drive through time is ridiculous and the KIDS that work the night shift have the worst attitudes, if you don't want to work, go home.
Got entire order wrong. Gave me soda water instead of sprite and it was not even full. Put cheese and ketchup on my burgers when I ordered no cheese no ketchup. Missing an entire item. If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Don’t waste your $$ the 1693 Pleasant Hill Rd location is 1000x better!!!
Just went thru the drivethru. For coffee and sweet tea. It was like 6am so remember that when i say both ladies were very nice everytime i have gone.
i went through the drive thru line and I had ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese ( 2 meat Pattie’s and 2 cheese slices ). I had checked the meat before I left the parking lot and seen that the meat looked pink. I’m pregnant so if I can help it I do not eat even the slightest of pink meat. I went inside to get my sandwich well done. I got my sandwich back and left then went home without checking it, which I should’ve done. When I got home and was preparing to eat I opened my sandwich to find that they gave me the wrong sandwich-a quarter pounder (1 meat patty and 2 cheese slices)-and when I went to break it in half I found that it was still pink in in the middle. I made it home already and I didn’t want to have to travel all the way back so I called; which I had to call over 3 times to get an answer. When I finally got an answer they came off a lil nonchalant but did offer a new sandwich.
The service was fast but the bread was hard af. I couldn't even enjoy my sandwich. I had to take the bread off just to eat it . The staff is friendly. The older black lady who be jamming Kirk Franklin is amazing she is very inspirational. They alway mess up my order at this location...so I will not be returning
I ordered through the mobile app. Had to wait around 15 minutes in drive thru line for them to tell me I needed to pickup order inside. I told them that wasn't going to happen and I had already paid for my order. At the 2nd window, she handed me a medium drink. I said I was supposed to have a large. She asked to see my receipt so I gave it to her. Then she gave me a large drive and bag of food. I left and when stopped at the light on Club Dr at Pleasant Hill, I opened the bag to start eating. That's when I saw a 10 piece nuggets instead of the Big Mac that I ordered. I was VERY disappointed but traffic was so bad and I was so hungry that I didn't try to go back. Also realized that she kept my receipt so I couldn't complain via the survey. I'm sure that also means my Big Mac went to someone else by mistake; hope they checked bag before leaving.
Other than having to wait in a super slow line one night, the food was hot and fresh, the cashier at the first window with short pink hair was really nice and sweet. Repeated our order making sure it was correct. Also Jean, assistant manager, super awesome. I love that woman! Definitely a McDonald's I'll keep coming back to.
I visited the location on a Sunday. My order was simple...large fries and $2 frappe. I went through the drive through and the service was fast. The staff was friendly. Warning...the drive through is tight.
I ordered a Ham egg and cheese mcmuffin. and i didn't see it on the screen when i was ordering. So i kindly asked if she got. And she told me yes. So moving forward to paying. Paid, got the receipt and it said egg mcmuffin. So i KINDLY asked her if that was the ham egg and cheese i ordered. First thing that comes out her mouth. "I TOLD YOU 5 TIMES"First off, you don't need to come off all RUDE.I was just asking. and as soon as that came out my mouth she wanted to be nice "im sorry about that... blah blah blah."Yall need to retrain you workers. YOU WOKE UP this morning to go into work not ME. Just cause your old don't give you no right to talk to me like i'm your child.You got the right idea but the wrong person to mess with.
