Just receive $211.51 order that we place on their website,and delivery was missing so many items. We call to address the issue but the Store Manager said she did not like the tone of my voice and hanged up on me without any solution, called back several time but she refused to give me her name, but other told me her name was stoley or somthing similar. Ask her to do the refund but she refused to get all items that was missing. This happened 6/16/2022. If corporate reads this, I left the voicemail on your customer service line. Please give me a call.
Ordered lunch for me and my coworkers. Left off three of their sides and I had the paper left on the cheese on my club sandwich. Took a bite and it pulled right on out ? Could have been a better experience for sure but we did receive credit for missing items and fees.
This is a really good spot to eat in. The staff is the only thing that makes me come back to this place, after the food. I’ve bumped into some annoying people but not so annoying as other restaurants. I went to a subway near by and this lady skipped me and went to the person that came after me.But after all that negativity the reason I’m making this review is JUANITA she’s so nice. She was explaining every body that there’s wait in the food and there was this annoying dude saying he had placed his order 20 mins ago but she was like “I’m so sorry” and being so nice and apologizing… she was telling him there 47 orders before his and there were only 3 back there to cook… Like if you go to any other restaurant they’ll tell you to F off but she was just apologetic about it. She even gave me a brownie for the wait.
They have gotten my order wrong 2 out of 2 times I've been here and there are no more chances. I don't want a remake. I ordered a king club on sliced wheat with extra honey mustard and a pickle. I was given a king club on white bread with barely any honey mustard and no pickle. Also, my sandwich didn't have any cheese on it and it is supposed to come with two types of cheese. What's going on here? Also, why are you offering curbside through the app when you are short staffed and make the customers come inside? You need to take it up with corporate if you can't offer the services advertised in the app. There should be designated curbside spots as well. I'm a lifelong McAlisters customer across state lines and I've had nothing but subpar service here. I'll stick to Jason's, thanks!
They forgot my Mac n cheese and pickles. Sandwiches were put together a bit sloppily. I ordered 2 meals. Both with a pickle and a side. Not a hard order. There were no other customers in sight. Bag was tied in a knot and I didn't feel the need to cut it open and check.
Fast delivery, good size salad, received as ordered. Very happy with our experience ordering from this location. Will definitely add them to the office lunch option list.
I ordered the spud max, grilled chicken salad, a wrap, tomato and cucumber salad, a brookie, sweet tea and peach lemonade. I did not get the peach lemonade, only regular lemonade. I didn't get my tea or brookie at all. The wrap came with the toppings just sitting on a tortilla, not wrapped at all. The potato was cold to where all the cheese had already hardened. I asked for a side of butter and of course didn't get that either. The potato tastes horrible. It is literally a potato with melted cheese and whole(like for real) slices of ham in the middle. Like at least dice the ham. This tastes like it was made in a gas station. A waste of almost 60 dollars.
Stopped by here on our way to the airport. All of the staff were polite and attentive, and our food came out pretty quick. Price was well worth the quality of the food, would definitely come back again if we’re in the area!
From entering the door until leaving EXTREMELY happy with the service, food and super nice employees. So friendly and helpful. I had the Cobb and I have zero complaints. One of the best salads I have ever had. Keep up the good work and KNOW you are appreciated. We are driving through on the way to the airport and I only WISH there was a place like this in California.
I’ve been loving McAlister’s since highschool! I would give the company in general 5 stars but this location isn’t family friendly anymore. I went in with my family and the music playing was “Ride wit me” by Nelly.. not exactly the music you want your kids to listen. And the employees all dancing in front of the phone to record something for ticktok i assume.. this location isn’t cool anymore.. but other locations may still be great!
