This location was OKAY. The reception at the door was warm and friendly. The food was tasty (onion bites and salad) Steak was supposed to be Medium but was Med-Well, baked potato order was totally wrong-they replaced it. The server was either new to the industry or not well trained. She was unattentive- no explaining the menu or discussion of any items. As I overheard the other servers doing. no water or drink refills, no offer of condiments steak sauce or etc. I asked for two take out containers and received one. It wasn't my BEST Longhorn experience but OKAY.
Simply delish!! I was very pleased with my meal, very flavorful!! Great service.
I love going to this location servers and management are always welcoming food was amazing just one issue our food wasn't hot, just barely warm, not a dealbreaker at all, I will go back return as this is my favorite location.
I gave two stars because this is a one time event. Friend and I got there at 9:00pm they closed at 11:00 on Feb 19 2022. It was crowded so we sat at the bar. After about 10-15 min I asked for a coke and a menu. There was two bartenders and the manager behind the bar counting the drawer. I got the coke, then I asked again for menu. She said one min. I probably could have reached over person beside me but didn’t want to be rude. 15 min later my friend said can I get a salad and drink and he was ready to order. He was given a salad and drink. Again I asked for menu. One min I was told. Another 15 min went by 45 min now. Finally I got up and for my bill for the coke. Was told one min. Finally I just took out $3 dropped it on the bar and walked out. I went to Steak-n-shake instead. My friend left as well after he ate the salad. People have bad nights but 3 and one being a manager. I won’t go back to this location.
Great service! The young man was very organized and very helpful. Had a great conversation while I ordered special ways I needed my food prepared due to health issues. Everything came out pretty close to perfect. Great job to the cook's who prepared my order.
The wait staff were amazing. Very professional and friendly. It has been a few years since visiting here, and when it was all said and done...we may not return. The food tasted fine, but nothing that would make me tell a friend they had to go there or pay $20+ a person. If you are craving steak, like we were, it will hit the mark, but it might not make you think "Oh man! That was delicious!! We have to come back!"
Dinner with friends on a Friday. Our waitress Tiffany was amazing. Drinks were lit.
Cannot get any better than this. Staff is awesome. Food is the best. I highly recommend LSH and do to lots of folks. Kudos to Tiffany, Shay, and Orlanda! They are the best! Go, go and get you an incredible steak dinner!
I love everything about Long Horn except for the dining space! Whomever designs the interior if a Long Horn Restaurant is an idiot. These restaurants are not designed for a party of 6 or more, nor do they have the comfortable space to comfortably space tables around to try and accommodate. My grandson LOVES their broccoli ? and when it's just us, KH it is. Otherwise, I would suggest Outback for larger parties. They are ready.
Waiter was very nice. I ordered macaroni and the ribs. Ribs were great came right off the bone the macaroni did lack taste. My gf steak was good and as well and the mash potatoes were up to par. All in all great experience and would recommend. If you come on a sunday at around noon be prepared for a long wait time though.
