Avoid this location like the plague. I’ve always had issues with getting deliveries from this place. I have tried to give them a chance and cut them a break, but to cancel my delivery order on a Wednesday afternoon 10 minutes after I’ve placed it without any sort of phone call or explanation is utterly ridiculous. Worst pizza location I’ve ever dealt with. Guess I won’t be patronizing Little Caesars any time soon.
Horrible! Customer service this place doesn't even deserve one star.?The guy behind the register didn't even greet us or made eye contact I think he was just ignoring us on purpose ?. He helped the guy from doordash who came after us and then he helped a guy who came from drive through window..we thought for a second?maybe we r invisible to him he can't see us I guess..after waiting 15min we left because I guess that guy couldn't see us at the register..v r NOT going back again. it was our 1st time there and the last same time.
I understand that we are all short staffed during these uncertain times. However, customer service and articulation are key when interacting with the customer; a simple hello goes a long way. The young man who serviced me wasn't the friendliest. Pizza was good overall
Ordered via the app, app said it would be ready by 6:10pm, arrived at 6:10, not only was the order not even started until I got to the front of the line inside, but anyone who was trying to order at the counter or the drive thru was completely ignored in favor of the online orders. None of which were ready. Finally received my food at 6:50. Not the first time this little Caesars hasn't had the the food ready on time or used the pizza portal properly...but by far the worst. Do better.
Literally been waiting in the drive through for 45 minutes someone finally came to the window didn’t apologize was very rude and had no gloves on worst lil Caesar’s location in Gwinnett go elsewhere if you want to feel like a valued customer
POOR SERVICE THROUGH THE DRIVE-THRU AND INSIDE OF THIS LOCATION. ONE OR TWO EMPLOYEES IN THE LOCATION THIS IS HORRIBLE. IT'S A LONG WAIT FOR ONE OR TWO PIZZAS NEVER COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY.
Poor service! There were only two employees working on a busy Saturday night. They were not even acknowledging customers. We waited at the drive thru for about 1 hour. We tried to get the girls attention several times but she just ignored us! Horrible service. They need to get more employees and train them on customer service! Very rude.
The food was not HOT like I asked them to do. I ended up getting sick from that horrible pizza ?. I will never eat little caesar again in my life!!!!?
STAY AWAY!!This place is horrible. The music was blasting so loud trap music. I placed my order online 3 pizza’s. It was past the time to pick up so we asked when it would be ready and the male teenager with braids wasn’t sure so we continued to wait. We asked again and noticed the male teenage blonde cook had been next door hanging at the store. An hour after we placed the order still no answer as to when the order would be ready. The cashier kept hiding in the back we had to scream to get someone to come out and cancel the order. Whoever is managing this locating needs to make some changes. This was the worst experience with Little Caesars. It also is not clean inside.
Don't order delivery from this place because they use doordash as your driver and if the guy doesn't show up, you can't get your money back. The customer service for problems with an order is atrocious, too. Now I have to go through my bank to recoup my $40. Below is a pic from the doordash confirmed delivery. As you can see, they didn't even drop it at the door or leave their car.
