Made a delivery order. We had sweet and sour chicken, shrimp fried rice, pupu platter, house special fried rice and egg drop soup. Everything was hot upon delivery, took only 30 minutes, the fried rice has fried egg, and veggies in it, soup had good flavor, everyone enjoyed their meal. We love Lins Bistro.
Been going to this place quite a few times. Until today we ordered 2 seafood fried rice and it looks like this. We had to literally fry it again for 15min. Called the restaurant the lady said that’s because it was white rice. What fried rice is not cooked from white rice???? On top of that, she tried to argue with me saying the seafood fried rice is supposed to look like this instead of saying Oh sorry we did not fry it long enough . Now I’m Asian and I cook fried rice myself. Do not tell me what fried rice is supposed to look. NEVER EVER TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. You guys just lost some regular customers
We ordered 10 variety dishes, soup, egg rolls and lettuce wraps. All was good except we didn't get our egg rolls.
I want to Thank Lin's Bistro for an excellent dinner. Everything was amazing. The salad was fresh. Vegetable Spring Rolls were great. I ordered the Chicken and Corn soup which was amazing. I had the Beef and Vegetables.The beef was so tender and cooked so well.The beef tasted delicious cooked to perfection. Amazing! Thank you.
Lins is our go to for Thai food. We haven’t had a chance to eat some of the Chinese food. Our staples are the Thai fried rice chicken, the chicken parang curry and the chicken lo mein. The best thing about Lins is their consistency. The food tastes the same every time you order it and that is something not every place offers. Service is super fast, usually ready within 10-15 min of placing the order. Thanks Lins!
We are loyal patrons of Lin’s for the past 15 years. Since the Covid issues it has been easier to order with delivery. I’ve never complained however, when the order arrived it was evident that changes were made. First of all the plastic tray we’re literally half the size. Both bottoms and tops have changed. It’s obvious that less food was given. The Sesame Chicken lacked Sesame and the other dishes were just much less tasteful. Has the restaurant changed ownership? I’ve never questioned either price or quality until today.
This was the worse place I have EVER eaten at if I could give this zero stars I would I never write reviews but after calling to have them fix the problem the lady on the phone keep calling me girl after I repeatedly told her not to. She was very disrespectful the past Thai was disgusting the wings was so small it was nothing but bones. The Fortune cookie was stale I ordered a steak salad the steak was HORRIBLE it was sweet and it wasnt enough for the salad it was mainly just lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers with little pieces of steak. I would never recommend!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!
I have ordered from lins bistro for 15+ years. It's the only thai chinese restaurant I order from. They NEVER disappoint! All of their staff is super friendly and the food is always piping hot and quick to serve weather its delivery or dine in or pick up.
Food is great! They are nice people and I love to order from them but I must give them 3 stars.The last three times I’ve had delivery, driver wouldn’t give me my food unless I tipped him. He also used my receipt saying I needed to sign but it’s because he wanted me to add a tip… then I never got another copy of the receipt btw. Tipping isn’t the issue but expecting a tip and telling me to give you one is another thing.Last thing that blew me away was that they charge $1 per shrimp. I ordered Lin’s Shrimp and added extra shrimp for $2. They added 2 shrimp -___- I called back to ask how many I should have received and they said “two” lol I was a bit taken back by that.
This is my absolute favorite place! We were worried about finding great take-out when we moved to the area. Lin’s Bistro never misses. The food, whether pick-up or delivery, is delicious and always hot. We order 1-2 per week.
