I can't say we go to Krystals with a massive expectation of perfection. Snellville is not an option for us anymore so we stop here and I can say the food is HOT, FRESH and Hit the SPOT! Our order was handed over to us in the drive through and we just pulled off for the Shrimp. The gentleman Saint yes his name is Saint came out and expressed the minor delay and added some more fries for the inconvenience. This was NOT necessary BUT this type of Customer Service NEEDS ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. Again Thank you and the staff there for your service Saint. I hope this goes to where it's needed. Thank you from me and our family.

I tell u what, this particular Krystal and its stuff especially the guys work night night, Superb. 100% dedicated to customers. Never gave any cold or wrong items.
Messed up our order, and gave us cold Krystal's. Contacted customer service, however nothing was done! This location needs a whole staff training makeover.
We went into this restaurant around 7:30. There were 3 men working. Let me tell.you the service was great, food was hot and fresh and it was clean. Job well done guys !!

I know quality isn't what it used to be but I just wanted a good old fashion Krystal burger. What I got was a cold meat patty on a soggy bun with a piece of cheese that was just as cold as the meat. Super disappointing. On a last ditch effort, the microwave made it slightly better.
Stopped in for 3 Krystal cheese around midnight after my 10 hour shift and received 3 cold Krystal chixs. The gentleman who took my order repeated it back to me 3 times. How can you have 4 guys on the clock and hand out a wrong order that's cold.
Burgers are great but if I wanted canned chili I'd open one at home.
