Like the other reviewers said they give you no acknowledgement. When it was finally my turn to order, I waited another 5 minutes for the owner to take a stupid phone call about where their store was in the mall. A simple "I'll be with you soon" would have made me feel like they wanted my money.The milk tea itself was okay, way too much ice. Don't waste your time and just go to Sweet Hut bakery for a real drink.
Stood at the counter for a solid 2 minutes while Eddie ignored us. There was no line of people. He gave no acknowledgement, not even a head nod or eye contact. I left because I'd rather give my business to someone who actually wants business. Tell Ash (the manager) to coach on what it means to EARN money. Geez.... I'm not ever coming back. All he has to say is, "hi, I'll be right with you."
Disgusting. ? Got the strawberry milk tea with honey boba, it was so bitter. Honestly one of the worst boba locations I’ve visited.
This is one of the worst boba shop i have ever been to because I asked for a rose fromSan francisco and asked for more sugar since last time it was watered down, but what they did is that they poured half of my drink out, added some other tea, made the bottom full of black tea stuff, turned the drink into a dookie brown and still they didn’t add sugar to it and somehow still tasted like if it was watered down. Hands down worse than kungfu tea
Staff was good, but tea (drinks) were like no good , got 1- Oreo milk, garbage actually we trashed it, 2- we got mango ice blend no milk, thought it should be like slushy but was like sweet juice with mango flavor, not at all satisfy. I had kokee tea in Virginia was really good, but this was not good for at least us
Had the Tiger Milk tea and it tasted like my grandmas mouthwash mixed with a baby's regurgitated milk.
