Service was lousy. The Manager whose name was Ashley was very rude and I ended up leaving because of her rudeness. She said she could care less. I was trying to tell her what I wanted and she insisted on telling me what to order. If I wanted 2 pieces of chicken and sides that's what I would have ordered. I will not go back. The parking lot is never full and they are never equipped with what you want. The worse KFC.

This has to be the most disgraceful KFC location I’ve ever been to. My family and I have been living in the area for 6 years and I kid you not: we have NEVER had a pleasant experience! They either forget to place something in the bag that we have ordered, don’t have an item that is listed on the menu, the “crispy chicken” is soggy, we have to pull up to wait for 10 minutes for something like CHICKEN to be cooked at a restaurant that specializes in making chicken, or worst of all, the attitude from the cashiers.I’m over it at this point. I’ve come here about 3-4 times always hoping that they will redeem themselves but am consistently disappointed. Well, today was the end. I’m from southwest Atlanta and I am here to say that coming further out of the city limits does NOT guarantee better service. The owners should reassess who they have running/operating their restaurants.

Just ordered online … they have just two people working ! So they didn’t have the order ready ! Also one of the two guys was very rude with another employee… I always check reviews before ordering food but this time I didn’t pay attention to the reviews …! I don’t recommend this restaurant ! There is some other restaurants of fried chicken in the area better than this KFC.

Order was complete but the order was placed online 30+ Minutes beforehand and I still had to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby area. Our fries were half way filled, cold Mac and cheese, we were not given the amount of hot sauce we asked for and when asked for a “complimentary” dessert because of the long wait I was told “no.” I spoke to Lamont and he said there was nothing he could do and wasn’t going to give a complimentary dessert and he had others order he had to work on. What is the purpose of placing an online order when you are not gonna get it the time when it said it’s going to be ready? The order was supposed to be ready by 7:48 pm and I didn’t leave the store until about 8:13 PM. I feel like this is inappropriate customer service and there was no one that was going to take accountability for the lack of time and for me to sit there and wait an additional 20 minutes. I have placed orders online at other restaurants such as chipotle and our order is always ready on time when it says it’s going to be. And, the customer service at this KFC is horrible and they were people just walking around in the restaurant cooking or talking to other people and no one acknowledges you when you’re coming in and you just stand there. I am curious as to why other restaurants such as Chick-fil-A or chipotle acknowledge you and everything is done accordingly and you get your food in a timely manner why are your employees not trained that way?

Doesn't answer the phone and is incapable of completing orders correctly. Multiple times orders have been completely wrong when the correct info was given when order was taken and even on receipt afterwards. Steer far away if you want the correct items in your meal.

Very clean very friendly food was great... Manager had an issue with a gas that was being irate.. manager address the situation very well in my opinion tried more than seven times to satisfy the customer and when the customer still refused to pay menu or coupon price insisting on cheaper deal unfortunately they had to be asked to leave the property... In my opinion the manager dealt with the situation very well I would have asked them to leave after the 3rd attempt to satisfy them

Staff was smoking weed outside. Took my order waited 30mins for frys while i see a bunch of frys just sitting there. Manager looked at me twice didnt ask anything. Until another employee who was not high asked what i needed

I stopped by here 2 days ago and order a 10pc family feast they only gave me 8pcs. Have been trying to get un touch with them for 2 days but the number stay busy. I came by tonight to advised them of what happen and to get another 10pcs meal. I asked to have it dropped fresh and the cashier stated ok but then her manager Aaliyah came up with a nasty attitude about it being slow and what she wasn't going to do and she just brought that chicken up 5 minutes ago. She was VERY RUDE. How is she a manager. Pat were are you? I come here all the time me and my husband. I need for you to please fix that phone and also the managers attitudes.

We ordered 1 8pc bucket and three pot pies. Food was okay, but we were short two pot pies. The order was for a dinner with some family, and this location was the closest to where we were going. I called to report the issue over a dozen times, noone answered the phone. On our drive back home, we stopped by to address this issue. Manager first offered us a refund or some other food. We requested a refund for the two pot pies that we paid for but did not receive. Then, he claimed that he was not authorized to perform a refund. Also, he was very dismissive when we informed him that we lived very far from this location and it was very inconvenient to come back tomorrow for the refund. So, there you go.

Horrible!!! The crew gave me the wrong order. Totally unacceptable. Sloppy and irresponsible customer service. I got nuggets an fries instead of #1 order : chicken, mash/gravy at KFC on Sugarloaf in Gwinnett. Check your order before you leave window...no trust! GOT HOME AND OPEN BAG: DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!
