Sat in line, no problem. Made order and added an extra item, no problem. Was told it would be 12 minutes and to pull up and wait, no problem. Got the order and was missing the extra item and one of the items that came with the order. No receipt either. I stopped coming here because of this type of service.

After struggling to enter the parking lot, I went up to the door to pick up my mobile order, but a sign on the door told me drive thru only despite the website telling me to go inside. When I went up to the drive thru, I was only given one of my two orders, and they told me they did not have my other order despite me paying for both orders.
I’m not SURE WHO THEY HAVE in the kitchen but this made me lose my appetite!
Love KFC Orgional chicken yum my favorite with either mac Sanchez, potatoes and gravy, or Cole slaw it brings back childhood memories as well
Second time ordering the 8 piece family meal only to get home and find out there are 7 pieces and not 8!!! The first time we received two large mashed potatoes and the smallest container of brown liquid (because it had obviously been watered down) that I’ve ever seen. This time we got two large mashed potatoes and NO gravy!! Won’t be returning here again. It’s bad enough that the prices continue to rise…but then you don’t even get what you paid for (literally).Oh, and don’t bother calling. I’ve never been able to get anyone on the phone.
This location allows you to order via their app, but will not allow you to pick it up in the drive through. They made me go inside to pick up the order in the rain.
The food was great and the service was fine also.

Tonight Omar gave outstanding customer service, enough for me to write this review and I was just witnessing my partner indecisively order four pieces of chicken for my in laws —the service was really refreshing because honestly since the pandemic good service in fast food/chain restaurants is like non existing! So shout out to you Omar, I hope your employers treat you well!
