This was awesome location for awhile. I would go probably once a week I’d say for lunch. Recently I have been cutting back due to the lack of service and product quality. I went today for lunch, ordered a beach club, drove to the window, paid, and waited and waited. After about five-ten minutes of waiting, another guy comes to the window and says that will be $10 and some change. I had to explain that I already paid. He then proceeds to say, “ oh we are also out of lettuce.” Well that’s strange because every sandwich here gets lettuce. By this point there was line of 5 cars. I hope that everybody was notified before they ordered, because I was not. Very lack luster from what it use to be. Please the photo of the dry sandwich I received ?

This location used to be really customer friendly, never had an issue. The past 3 weeks i ordered 2 one they made me wait over 30 minutes the second I ordered for delivery it took them over an hour to deliver and order was incomplete. Management should be a little more strict when it comes to timing and customer service.

Place was very clean & food was very good. Atmosphere was great. Would highly recommend.

I always have to wait half an hour or more for my food. People inside dance and giggle the whole time.....

Place is great. Food is great and lives up to the freaky fast slogan. Staff is very friendly.

I guess it’s too much to ask to get napkins and a straw … even when you ask for it in your order.

Horrible representation of Jimmy John's... I waited an hour for my lunch that never arrived... Called to find out why my ordered showed as "delivered" which in fact it was NOT... The first guy I spoke with asked to call me back while he contacted the driver for clarification... Obviously, the driver delivered to a location other than mine... They advised that they would have to remake my order and deliver it. I provided detailed directions since they now couldn't seem to find my address that has been here for 15+ years and delivered to multiple times, on the map or the common sense needed to make a phone call to the customer if unsure of where to go.. For my inconvenience, I asked could they compensate me or offer some sort of gesture of Goodwill and was passed on to the "...manager..." Jacob;who immediately made the assumption that the driver had called me before hearing me out... Jacob is a poor listener, poor communicator, and he's very incompetent... So much so that he canceled my delivery but didn't think to refund me my money once I told him that I would contact corporate to right their wrong in my horrible customer experience!! I called the customer service line who provides very limited services... After being advised that I needed to speak with the store directly about my refund, Jacob hung up in my face twice and stopped answering the phone... So yes, I had to drive up there for Jacob to process my refund... THIS FRANCHISE IS HORRIBLE... JACOB IS HORRIBLE...
