I’m not one to complain or write reviews but they need either better management or a manager on duty because first they didn’t greet me when I came to the pick up area; they just looked at me. Also, you got some people making sandwiches while people are just standing around waiting. For example girl with red dreads is just walking back and forth stuffing her face with food; coming back then bagging. If it’s as busy as it it’s, everyone should pitch in and help with the sandwiches. The one on pleasant hill is actually as quick as they say, this one not so much. I put my order in a 12:20 and it is now 12:50; my break only last 30min…so now I’m late and my sandwich is still not ready
The customer service was amazing! The sub sandwich was even better. My first time trying Jimmy Johns and it was amazing and I glad I chose this location.
I always have the best experience here. But last night was exceptional and great. My bill was $20 and some change. I gave Kevin, the young man at the window $20 and I was looking for the exact change to give to him. He noticed that a $50 bill was also attached to the $20 bill and gave the $50 back to me. I was so impressed with this young man's honesty it truly blew me away. Thank you Kevin for being such a great person.
My lunch spot! I come in this store so often that the staff knows what I’m going to order every single time. On occasion they will ask if I want to switch things up. Clean store, always friendly, always packed, which is a good thing.
Ordered a beach club and the avocado spread tasted rancid. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Jimmy Johns but this one was bad. When I bite into a sandwich, it’s not supposed to taste sour and rotten. Don’t think I’ll be going back. Here’s to hoping I don’t get food poisoning right before Thanksgiving.
How are you a sandwich shop and have no bread?! Ordered online at 5:50pm and got a call when I was 5 min away that there was only 1 wheat bread left. We canceled the order but I don't understand how a sandwich place can be out of bread before 6pm ?
Quality Food and quick service for a Saturday afternoon
Parking lot is awful and it takes 30 or more minutes in line at the drive through. There are just so many people in the line, The service is good though. I wish your lot was bigger and I didn't have to come right at rush lunch hour.
This one is pretty good. Fairly quick, only complaint is that they seem to run out of bread a lot.
