The Owner/Manager who ever the mustache guy is had the audacity to tell me he wouldn't deliver a pizza to me and had a rude tone. When I asked him what the problem was he gave me a really lame excuse about West Virginia being out of his perimeter for deliveries.Other than that the rest of the staff is amazing and the Pizza is a fave. Like I said my only issue was the rude dude "important" guy not willing to deliver my pizza
An absolute family favorite! We love our Jet’s, we love the staff! Very consistent and always delicious however I mark this 4 stars because the employees don’t get the tips. I feel that should be clearly stated since we tip on service, they service doesn’t see the tip.
Jennifer was extremely polite and represented Jet's magnificently. We ordered a large Jet's 10 Deep dish turbo crusted. The pizza exceeded any expectations we may have had. One of the best pizzas we have had lately. Definitely pleased with quality and taste. Highly recommend this establishment.
This is happened second time I order online I have ask for Cajun crust. They didn’t not put it cajun. I am really disappointed with their service. If I am paying for something and I don’t get it than I have to think next time to order. Please read every order carefully because every one is working hard for their money.

Tried to call in an order. Called the number, someone mumbled something quickly then put me on hold for 5 mins. I wasn't sure if maybe I called after hours and that's just how the phones worked, so I hung up and called again and this time I was able to make out that it was a human telling me to hold please then put me on hold.
I work Uber Eats, I was picking up two orders that were already ready. There was only two people in the building working at the time. The young ladies was busy and didn’t notice me which I understand. But there was a white man with long hair who walked pass, looked at me and didn’t say anything, then walked passed again and didn’t say anything, didn’t even get the other ladies attention to let her know I was there. I waited for a while until the young ladies noticed me and apologized for the wait. I expected better customer service from Jets Pizza.
Ordered 2 $10 salads that were definitely overpriced. Very little meat and toppings in general and only one small salad dressing. Looks like it's back to Marco's for me.
