A sub above? Above what? My ex makes better sandwiches than this tired location. And that's the only thing he's good at trust me. $13?! For a dry philly - MIKE'S philly of all things. Disappointed is an understatement. The employees were nice but that was literally the only positive thing I could come out of this dusty JM with. Do better, folks. In the meantime I'll be at Firehouse from now on.
This store is awesome, we go once a week at least, everyone super nice. Great food and customer service, if I could give more than 5 stars I would❤️

I got to the restaurant 20 minutes before closing time. Door was locked and staff, visible and well into cleanup, would not respond.
Fast , friendly , good customer service and made my order right.
Went to Jersey Mike's to order and pick up two sandwiches. At the time I went on a Monday around lunch there were 3 adult sandwich makers. The young lady who takes the order is very professional and I can see why the store is rated a 4.3. My score is well is a 4.3 I will come again.
Ordered the buffalo chicken with provolone instead of white American and ranch instead of blue cheese dressing. I requested extra cheese. THEY WROTE DOWN MY ORDER and still messed it up. Used white American and then provolone for the extra two slices of cheese. I called and while they offered to make a new sandwich that would mean I have to leave my house again to go get it, so the next solution was “make a note so it doesn’t happen again”. This isn’t the first time they messed my sandwich up either. I specifically requested and made sure they knew I wanted provolone. Don’t care if this is being too picky, but I’m annoyed
