Soo I walked into jersey mikes today in a very good mood that’s until this disrespectful rude female named Farrah took my order..Listen if you don’t like you’re job QUIT!!!. I didn't tell you to go slang deli meat and toppings..if you don’t like what your doing for work then LEAVE!!!! ..I bet she thought I got the receipt to make sure she rang me up probably no hun I got it for your name.
I enjoyed my visit & the food at this location. Demetrius went out his way to make sure I was accommodated, having heart surgery & all. Rashad was kind & brought my food out to me hot & Farrah made sure it was neat & tidy. Overall they were friendly, food was great & they enjoyed what they did. I'll visit again & u should go by and eat with them if you are in the area!!!
Customer service was top notch, and the food even better. I had the big kahuna and was extremely impressed with how delicious and fresh the sandwich was. The facility was very clean, making this the perfect stop on our way to NC. Highly recommend.
The service was magnificent! Stay away from the cheese steak. Stick with the cold subs and never go wrong.

This was my 1st time visiting this store and Jersey Mike's. The cashier was very sweet and helpful, but that little, short red haired heifer was rude. If you don't like your job then quit! Don't destroy someone's place of business with your negativity.
I had the #13 Mike's way. Good and fresh. Good music and nice vibe. Usually the guys are singing and will occasionally show a dance move or two...good vibes!
Very impressed - the staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and chipper. The restaurant overall was very clean and organized and the food was delicious. The female employee I spoke with was eager to help me find a menu item I'd like with it being my first time there; she had a great sense of humor and honestly seemed to enjoy being there. Employees kept their masks on the whole time and were diligent about following sanitation protocols. Returning to an earlier point, I was amazed with the food quality - the 8" sub is nicely sized not just in length but in height, the ingredients taste fresh and the flavors were very pronounced; it easily beats Subway and even gives the Publix subs a run for their money. I will most definitely be back and I encourage others to show this little place of big flavors and personality some love.
This was the second time in a row that we waited for more than 15 for our on-line order. The second time I was told they were working on it right that moment. 14 minutes later they started! An apology would have been nice!!
