The cashier in the front that was on Monday was really nice, everything was out on time and cooked how it is supposed to be. Love the environment here and can't wait to come back
The heavy set guy that runs the front has a horrible attitude. Right after I finished eating I see a roach ? I truly love Italian pie, but this location, I could never return to. Everything is so secretive with a curtain that separates the front from the back. The other locations, I haven’t seen the curtain situation. I won’t go back to this location. The heavy set guy definitely needs customer service training as well. He’s so rude ?
The calzone was awful plus poor customer service. It was so bad I took it back to store and left it. 19 bucks for a flat calzone and no refund. I keep trying with them but last time. I literally gave the 19 dollars
The food is normally great here. The guy up front is really nice and apologetic. He is probably use to apologizing to customers because the person in the back is awful. Sometimes they refuse to make food that has been rung up and paid for because they don't want to. I ordered a salad today with extra toppings that I was charged for and the cook just didn't put them on it. The guy apologized and said I can get the toppings for you but can't do anything about the person in the back. If the person in the back doesn't like their job QUIT!!!!!!!!!! They are not only stealing from their employers but also the customers by not giving what is paid for. And refusing to make an order is ridiculous. You get paid to cook.
So disappointed! Last night we purchased a medium pie and 20 wing. The pizza was just ok. But the wings tasted like they had been fried in old grease. It was just horrible! Never again!
In Gwinnett County, this is the closest you'll get to N.Y. style pizza. I need to try some others around the Duluth area to be sure, but we frequent here quite often for just pizza. Very consistent & they don't BURN the bottom of the crust (some branches do). I will update a picture from here as well!
If you're going to charge $1.50 per topping the least you can do is add the toppings.(Terrible service!!) Not to mention the pizza looked like it was just warmed up, not fresh! If you're going to raise your prices yall need to do better.A WHOLE PIE AND THATS THE GARLIC POWDER YOU'RE GIVING ME!.
