Alvonnie was amazing and did such a wonderful job even though she was all alone. She sat us down right away and attended our table as she could. I only gave 4 starts because I feel a manager should be here to assist her she was waiting serving cleaning 6 tables at once and 3 of them with large families. She deserves a promotion or raise for the hard work she provided and demonstrated all with a big smile
My family ate at this establishment and when I say EVERYTHING was horrible I mean everything. The restaurant was filthy our server had a table that walked out on the bill and honestly I didn't blame them. We walked in with an employee and they were the one who told them we needed to be seated. Fast forward 20 minutes later same employee is the only one who attempted to get us drinks. We all ordered after waiting 30 minutes. I actually wanted to leave as the customer service was HORRIBLE. We get our food and items are missing from our meal. Some of the food is cold. We only got refills were we asked. I was vivid about the level of customer service we DIDN'T get. When we asked for the bill from the Manager she asked what the issue was there were less than ten tables total in the entire restaurant yet the service was trash. The manager had the nerve to ask our waitress if we paid the bill while were at the table.
Half the seats were empty but still a 30min wait. This restaurant like many others is short on staff, but this is still no reason for a very mediocre meal. Luke warm coffee, French toast that was thin sliced (a real miscarriage), no syrup brought to table nor was there any salt, pepper, sugar at the table. needless to say "don't waste your time or money here". Next time I'd rather at the Awful Waffle house
The place was packed when we got to this place, however, the wait time was not that long! The server did a good job with our order but she was not very attentive! I ordered pancakes with strawberry toppings but it came out with banana as well. I did not want to complain so I just scraped the banana off of my pancakes. The coffee was not as hot as my husband would like it to be. Food was good! Overall, the experience was a pleasant one!
Took the girls out for a pajamas breakfast ?. The place was so crowded that the staff was overwhelmed. Needless to say we had a significant wait for our food. However, the staff handled the situation very well and was attentive to us. I'm not a big fan of this chain but was pleasantly surprised with the food! It tasted like pure love. The food was not just fresh but tasted homemade ? like it came from your grandma's kitchen. We will be back.
Clean. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out. Good customer service. Sell breakfast and lunch. Delivery services go inside to pickup.
Our waiter was THEE best. Very pleasant. Consistent with checking to see if we needed anything. If she can be my waiter every time then Id come eat there
I just came in there with my family. They told us they couldn’t take a big table it was only 6 of us. They just needed to clean a table. We asked how long was the wait. She couldn’t give us a answer. I work in food service myself and understand but she could of been more friendlier about it.

The food was delicious. Our waitress was very good. She took her job personal in a good way. Nice way to start the day.
