Terrible time here tonight. In fact, we left after 30 minutes and hadn't even gotten our salads....... And they started CLOSING!!! No reason to go back. The manager actually told me he had to "encourage people to leave" or they could never close. That's all I needed to hear. Hey @Hooters. Your welcome, I left.
Everytime I come, I feel important. The same bartender typically serves me when I come and she knows the usual food and drinks that I order. I may switch it up from time to time, but she is more than ready and aware of her frequent regulars and how we like things. I occasionally come here with friends and/or family to sit and eat in the dining areas and I have visited this location for years. I can honestly say that my overall experience has been pleasant. As we all know, nothing in life is perfect and there has been some mediocre or even less than experiences that I have had rehearing in food, wait time, service, etc but it comes with the territory and I honestly love my local hooters local location more so then even the Duluth location. It's really cool to visit an establishment and they make note of all of their patrons and care to be in tune with each and every individual on a professional level even above and beyond customer service care! Needless to say this review has been long over due. I usually love the food here at this location, so I'm hardly ever disappointed. Most of the time, there has been quick service" but sometimes it can be slow service if it is crowded.
I love hooters environment and variety of food. But this specific location at 860 Duluth hwy Lawrenceville Ga is the worst hooters I ever been to, and it’s not the food that’s the problem. It the waitresses/servers !! Three times in a row I had to walk out of this place hungry and angry because I got seated and never even got ask what I wanted to drink. No one communicated that our server would be right with us. Our server never greeted us. I would look around and they would just be sitting with customers in their booth laughing and others on their phone. Like if they didn’t even work there. Never have I had this experience before. I mean even Mc Donalds has common sense to Atleast say we will be right with you. Over all horrible experiences and never coming or recommending to come to this location because you will just wait from 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged when the place is empty.
Great wings for sure!! Very disappointed in what has happened to the bar. I got a Long Island Tea, ( only because I’m an IPA guy and they had 2 shi!!y selections) it literally tasted like a half&half tea. I said something and was told it’s a corporate thing and they are making them as light as possible. Sorry Hooter’s but I’m done with you’re overpriced BS.

Please get new toilet seats at this location! They are absolutely horrible! Especially the women's restroom. If the women's restroom looks that bad they really don't have high standards. Food was subpar. Server showed no sense of urgency. I'm sure our family of five tab was higher than her normally tab on a Tuesday lunch shift. I looked for a manager or someone in charge before leaving but didn't see anyone at that time.
This location is a JOKE! I placed an online order at 9:54pm and it said the food would be ready at 10:24pm. I arrived at 10:35 and checked in. Was told the food wasn't ready yet. Waited and waited. Finally recieved my order at 11:00pm. An hour and 6 minutes to get some wings and some waffle fries. Wasn't asked if I was interested in any kind of compensation. Got home and found that I didn't even get waffle fries, I got curly fries. Just not impressed what so ever.
Erica is simply the best attentive bartender you have! Don’t ever let her leave ! Great service
