I’ve gone about three times now. I always order the 2 pc catfish with fries and the 5 piece shrimp to go. The food is always HOT even when I arrive home it’s still hot (10 min drive). The fish portions are nice and large. The only thing I would say I don’t like is the amount of salt in the fish batter. Service is great, food is good and the location is convenient.
I had the batter fried cod and jumbo shrimp with hush puppies and fries. It was so good! Portion was big enough to have leftovers. I am always on the lookout for good seafood and this definitely is a winner!
My family and I came to visit from Sc on a Saturday afternoon. We went to Papadeaux but they were packed as usual couldn’t get in. So we ended up here. My daughter and mom said they enjoyed their food.I ordered fish,shrimp and fries. Everything was greasy.The fish reminded me of a low budget Long John silvers. The shrimp wasn’t bad. My first time and last time. The prices are insane and a canned sprite for a drink was a no no for me and that was also over priced.
Me, my wife, and my 8 year old went today for dinner. This was our first time visiting. I found out they were family owned. The husband, wife, and daughters were all there working. We love family owned businesses having one of our own. We were hoping the food would be good. I had -Grilled Snapper with grilled red peppers and Jasmin rice. My wife had -Grilled Salmon with grilled zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and pita bread. My baby had -Fried flounder and French fries. We all loved our food. Everything was extremely fresh especially the fish! Great place! Last but not least the wife was very nice and explaining everything. The daughter waved at my daughter when she came out. That may not sound like a big deal but showing attention to the kids goes a long way.
Talked to the owner operator as I waited one night for an order of fish and chips style meal. Got home and it was all boxes checked. Fish was crispy and fresh. they made their own sauces. Fries were right. came with legit malt vinegar (a must). Price was on point.
Dine-In quality seafood! I was very impressed by the quality of my meal. I ordered the Grilles Salmon Dinner. It was cooked to perfection and whatever the lemons sauce that was on the squash/zucchini, I drank it afterwards ?? Will be back.
Omgeee I Absolutely love this place!!!! I literally come at least twice a week. The customer service is phenomenal, the portions are hearty and food the is made with love! Definitely recommend satisfying your tastebuds with this place…
Did a call in order as I usually do and THEY left out an order of fries for my children and told me they had already cut off the machine that cooks the fries,no understanding or empathy. Definitely lost a weekly customer there is a way to do everything and asking the customer “well what do you want me to do about it” I would Never and apparently they only follow policy when it applies to the customer but didn’t check the bag before handing it off to a customer which is also policy,my husband had to drive back to be told he’ll be refunded for fries in the morning but tonight we had to go somewhere else for our children ….all mothers/parents know when your children are ready to eat they are ready to eat ! Very upset with the level of understanding and didn’t appreciate the smart remarks when you messed up ! One of the owners an older lady is very sweet her daughter, well it depends on the day of the week ,and today was one of those days.
Very very tasty, fish is fresh as well as the sides. Fair prices and customer service. Came here with my mom who doesn’t speak the best English or make up her mind very well, but the cashier was polite and patient. Clean bathroom and I like the decor.
Black owned restaurant. We met the owners sin. Food made to order and worth the wait. The tarter sauce is homemade and out of this world. The portions are huge. 10 out of 10 would recommend
