The value that you're getting for the price is great. I came in by myself during lunch time. The booths are private enough if you're short to medium height. Environment was clean and not raggedy. One of the chefs in the hibachi area was using his phone while working, so I avoided the hibachi. Y'all, phones are full of bacteria. I'd rather wait for them to come back from a 5 minute break. The sushi was good. The cold items were great. The hot items that I tried tasted really good and were warm. Nothing that I had tasted stale. I was charged ~$10.60 (around) and I left a $20.
Didn't realize the restaurant had reopened until 2 weeks ago, but also didn't realize it would be under new Management until we walked in and were seated by an older man who appeared to be the Manager or Hostess. He was very rude and when asking for a different table he got loud and raised his voice when we asked for a different table. That's when we should have left, but we ended up getting another table and eating. The food and environment are not the same at all. We did not enjoy the food and will not be going back. David the Manager from before they shut down and the staff were very nice and the food was always good, but no more. **NO MORE**
The prices were reasonable (at least at today's inflation), the selection was good and the restaurant was clean. However, the food quality seemed lacking. Not that there was a health problem but some items lacked good seasoning and we're simply prepared. A simple example were the egg rolls which seem to be just cooked cabbage in a fried shell.
Waiters harassed me for extra tip despite poor service. She stated, “So you don’t have any more cash?” Ridiculous!! Also, they served other surrounding guest tables except ours. Had to get my own high chair for child. Never offered and didn’t refill beverages but refillled everyone else. I ALWAYS give generous tips everywhere I go but they didn’t deserve it. I will not return.
The place is nothing special from any other hibachi place in the area, the service was good, place was clean, but the food just seemed just to plain. I tried a little bit of everything and it seemed like it needed more flavor on each of the dishes. Price for lunch was ok considering everything has gone up. I wouldn't go again, but would if there was no other option.
Food was delicious...place was very clean and had plenty of options.
Reopened. Food quality is really good. Better than the one on Riverside. Take cash if you can. The wifi at the register goes down and I rather not have my card number recorded manually.
Reopened by new people. Not the same food. Most of the sushi had green peppers in it for some reason. The dumplings taste like Walmart brand frozen ones, and the fried chicken taste weird. Oh and the ice cream is a test of your might.
Nasty Nasty Nasty. Do not eat here. Overpriced Hibachi is so gross. Burnt and tasteless. Beef is riddled with fat. Left hungry. Will never return.Avoid at all costs
I love taking my AAU Basketball Players to this place. Food always Hot.Don't understand Negative comments. It's a Buffet you Serve your Damn self and leave. Lol.My 12U Football Players Won a Championship, I'll return and enjoy the Food. From Coach Dee-Jay.
