I normally go here and order a egg and cheese biscuit with a dark biscuit, and biscuit and gravy with dark biscuit for my Wife. Normally I never have a issue with this location, but on 5/20/22 it was not up to standards. The biscuit seemed to be half cooked, and it was very doughy. As you can see on 4/11/22, that biscuit was nice and dark how it normally is. I won't give a bad review, as normally the young man in the drive thru in the morning is very nice, and so are the other workers. Just advice, if the biscuits are light, they might need to go a little longer.
Don't ever go to this Hardee's they take forever and a day to get your food they are rude and wait on the food forever and it's ether cold or wrong this place is a joke and the employees are even bigger jokes do not go here less you wanna spend an hour waiting for fast food wish I could give this place a negative 5 absolutely terrible place to go if your so short on help why not close drive thru or put signs out so people know to go somewhere else 30 min for a burger and fries is absolutely ridiculous specially when you only get 45 min break for lunch thanks hardees
Tried the number one combo and the burger was not that thick. The bun was not toasted and the fries were ok. I have had Hardee's a few years ago but it was not on the beaten path of restaurants that I usually venture. I'm a picky eater/foodie and when I eat even junk food I want it to taste great. It was marginally ok. This location was not that busy when I passed through.
This place always shows a good presentation of the food the cooks know how to cook they always wash them glove their hands the waitress always makes sure you are taken care of and that says a lot about the management.ive eaten at different times and everyone is on the same page.not many places deserve five stars but when they are five stars everyone needs to know.
This was the best customer service I have had in a LONG time. I ordered a low carb burger and it had special sauce on it. I'm doing Keto so I can't have the sauce. The cook even looked up the ingredients in the sauce to see if it had sugar!!! Totally amazing and had NO issue with remaking my burger!!
Not my first preference to eat, I picked a meal I was not familiar with. The manager was nice and friendly, I was told the lobby would be open soon.
We could not eat our breakfast that's cube steak and egg the biscuits are not good the egg is greasy bacon egg and cheese this is how had better at heart is that you surreally really really do good but this stuff is not good
Not a fast food fan but stopped by for breakfast sandwiches after a hospital visit. The meat was real, the biscuits were great and the staff was excellent. This Hardee's is now a goto when in the area.
The breakfast is average most days and the customer service needs work at the Lawrenceville location. The morning drive through cashier never greets, never says thank you never gives a total without being asked he just looks with his hand out for payment. Hardee's should do a better job training because consumers have a choice. I plan to try a better Hardee's next time.
Wow….just, wow! The lady taking orders through the drive thru was so extremely rude rude rude. I couldn’t even get my order out of my mouth before she cuts me off and says, “drink!” Coke plea…”pull forward!” Okay okay. All good. I proceed to sit at the window for 5 minutes with noooobody coming to greet me, take my payment, or… anything. I left. If I were the owner or GM of this establishment, I would be livid!!! Lost a customer. Save yourself the waste of time. The Flying Machine around the corner has MUCH better burgers for the same price.
