What’s the point of ordering ahead if they don’t even try to make your order until 25 minutes after I SCHEDULED the pickup? I sat and watched other people order more food than me and get their food well ahead of me. Absolutely unacceptable! When I asked about my food they laughed and had a whoops look on their faces. Naturally my food was sitting on a shelf the whole time and was cold. Except the fries…….
Five Guys has delicious burgers and fries. The price is surprisingly high these days (as of 4/10/22), and is difficult to justify for what you get. $10 won't quite get you one burger with two patties and cheese. You can get as many toppings on your burger as you please for no extra cost. They free have loose peanuts you can munch on while you wait or as part of your meal (if you have a peanut allergy you probably shouldn't even come through the door). Not much in the way of vegetarian options: grilled cheese, fries, milkshake, peanuts, and a veggie sandwich (literally a burger without the beef patty). I haven't tried the hotdogs or milkshakes, but they sound good.
Really? really? Five Guys and five stars seems fitting… right? We'll it is whwn they deliver great food. The food delivery is so good that it outshines the times that they forgot my shake when I picked up IN PERSON… so - yeah - its THAT good… get it delivered!
Less fries than BK for $3.99. Burgers were not prepared correctly either. Not worth the money, >$10 for a burger! This location has gone downhill.
This was a carry out order. Restaurant was clean. However, once we got home I found that even though I ordered and paid for a bacon and cheese burger, they decided to not give me any bacon (which I paid for). ??? Super disappointing.
Update. Good customer service. Always an extended wait time. Delivery service must go inside to pickup. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out.
Do yourself a favor and find a different location.!Ordered delivery for my family and not only did they send out the COLDEST HARDEST FOOD EVER.. They also sent out the order incorrectly. Who thinks that when they order cajun fries they’ll receive regular fries. I ORDERED WHAT I ORDERED AND EXPECT TO RECEIVE JUST THAT.!!!Then.!! To top it off.. what is Five Guys famous for.?? The topper that goes on top of the fries you order. Not only did they get our fries wrong they DID NOT include the topper.!!!Then.! To make matters even worse, when trying to call hey do not answer the phone. It rings and rings and goes into voicemail that says it’s full.
Hot and fresh. Sometimes they get slammed with orders but even so the staff is kind and easy to like. I always get bacon cheeseburger and Cajun fries. They have become a frequent option.
My kids love the hamburgers here but New Year Eve, the service was completely off. Waited over an hour at the restaurant for food we ordered 20 mins ahead. The burgers were also substandard. Disappointed.
Always great service and quality. One of the few that has shakes.
