If I could give this 0 stars I would! I ordered online for lunch. That part was easy Went to go pick up our order. It was not ready yet as they were busy, I waited 45 additional minutes and they had no clue where our order was on the list. had to get back to work. No one offered me a refund just said I could keep waiting. Well after 45 minutes for a medium sized sub along with no one in a hair net and the front person coughing to the side I was disgusted. This long wait happens almost every time but not 45 minutes and not with workers coughing hard over the good. I will NEVER return to any firehouse establishment.
Horrendous customer service. The ghetto cashier informed me my order was being fulfilled, but the team realized there wasn’t any more lettuce. This was after I waited for more than 20 minutes for my order. I asked for a refund, she refunded me partially, despite being informed the amount credited was incorrect. Once it was time to refund me the difference, she couldn’t count and took several minutes figuring out how much she needed to refund me. Don’t waste your time here. The resultant wasn’t dirty. I’ve never had any issues at other locations.
They are a little slow due to staffing issues and their prices are a little higher than most Firehouse restauraunts. Other than that it's a typical Firehouse subs.
Went in a few minutes ago, encountered the most indecent and rude employees. The manager was even worst. Needless to say I would not be visiting that location again. Was the first and last time… EVER. They are in need of a serious improvement in Managerial and customer service skills!
The owner was fixing the sandwiches and didnt listen to the request of tippings he put on the sandwich
They appeared to be a little short staff, but they were still pleasant and took care of the customer. Good subs.
Always incredible, anyways delicious, and the service is really top notch. My favorite location. I live closer to the Snellville location, but I’ll still drive here every time.
