Ordered pick up thru Door Dash today around 7pm. Got a text confirming the order from Firehouse. Went to go pick it up at 7:35pm and the store was closed. Doors locked, lights off, chairs up on the tables - closed. The hours posted on their door said they don't close until 9pm... Super disappointing, as I order from here all the time and food and service is great. Won't be ordering pick up or delivery ever again. Only will end up back here if I'm in a position to just go in and grab it, but that doesn't happen often.It's a shame, bc I love Firehouse ?
5/5 stars I recommend, I became a regular customer ever since Adrianah the manager helped me create and pick out my first sub!!! Service here at this location is always great and on point with the greetings also with making sure every order is made correctly and with the pickle on the side. I enjoy every meal I have from this location, 10/10 service and 10/10 hospitality

This is the one time I'm actually writing a review based mostly on service. The food was what you expect from a firehouse and the subs were good. Mostly importantly however, is the following story: My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. So often we get caught up in our selves and our own lives. I could afford to eat that night and eat well. The manager could have told her no. Everything here could have gone differently, but it didn't, and because of that, I would eat here again in a heart beat.
Came in today 11-3 at 6:30pm store not busy.. my New York Steamer was served cold and had to have them microwave it so i could eat it. Manager offered to remake it once it came out soggy. (not her fault as I asked for it to just be microwaved). Manager was very apologetic for what happened. Thank you for fixing this problem. Will be back because of the quick response from this manager to correct the problem. I asked the manager if the other employees are new and she said yes and that she would get with them to ensure all proper procedures are followed.
The food is delish but service is slow. Come here when you have no deadlines and you'll be happy. Of all the Firehouses I've been to this one is right at the bottom in terms of speed. Sorry y'all. Hope the new folks can get up to speed soon.
Their meatball grinder is very good. My mother liked pastrami she just wish there was more pastrami. This is from a New Englander where we eat grinders.
For over a year I have had my lunch at this location at least once per week and most times I round up to help the firefighters. Today I could not and the total of my order was 11.02 and I asked if I could round down to 11.00. The cashier said no. Not very good customer service at all. Over the years I have probably donated several hundred dollars but today I could not get 2 cents.
I appreciate the reliability of this Firehouse. I’ve never been disappointed by the food or the wait. It’s especially refreshing when some of the surrounding restaurants just settle for the least possible amount of effort.I always know when I come here that the food will be good and I’ll be in and out in no time.
