They didn't seem super focused on taking people's orders. It seem like they were having a lot of "No thoughts, head empty" moments. I had to wait quite a while for my drink after ordering, because they forgot about handing me my drink. I guess, it was near a lunch break for them since the morning rush as over. The place wasn't even crowded either. Anyway, they apologized for the delay and tried to be accountable for the error on their part. They're definitely not as bad as the one on Pleasant Hill Road where the employees are crass and refuse to hold any accountability for missing food/drinks. The location is good, but you have to be patient, and you might have to remind them if part of your order is missing.
I used to get all my food here almost three times a week and I've been known to get my shakes at the lunch breaks almost every day. Today I come in ordered a small strawberry shake and they got me smoothie instead and of course I told them this is not what I ordered I ordered a strawberry shake and she said okay can you park to the side and we will bring it out to you. So she approached me again and brought me the same smoothie and trying to convince me that's a shake there's a difference between a shake and a smoothie so I told her this is not what I ordered. So she went back and made me actually a strawberry shake and when she handed it to me I said now this is a shake and thank you she rolled her eyes on me. This is so unprofessional.
This is my regular location because I live so close and the older lady at the window is always so rude and today she was on her personal phone talking to someone while she was dealing with me. She insisted that my order was done but I had ordered a doughnut. After I told her that I ordered a doughnut she was very rude to me and ignored what I said after I asked if my card went through. Everyone else here is really nice but she is rude and unprofessional.
I used to be a regular in the morning before work…every time I come later at night shift, it’s been terrible service and tonight was by far the worst. The young lady with braids had a horrible attitude and easily can tell with her demeanor. If I did not have my son with me, I definitely would have walked out. This will be my last time doing business with this location.
The bad reviews here almost caused me not to avoid it; however, I went anyway because they were close by. The service was quick and friendly. Food and drinks were good also.
Drive thru is horrible. The lady at the drive thru, an older Indian woman never greets with a hello or good morning, just gives you the food. She also has an attitude. I request my donuts FRESH because they will always give me hard and brittle donuts every time, just as this morning.
Says 9pm everywhere. The lovely gentlemen locked the door on us as we walked within 10 paces at 8pm. I have a few colorful words for the people working here.
Can’t go wrong with iced coffee. DD has reallly good hash browns too!
I never get sweet tea when asked. I always ask for sweet tea and get unsweet. It says sweet on the sticker but it never is. When I spend my money I want to spend it on what I ask for. Not what they want to give me. 0 stars and 0 return.
I Got a cold brew iced coffee with sweet cream foam had to ask for the sweet cream foam when my coffee got to the window looking like a mocha iced coffee. Snackin bacon sleeve look like it had the left over crumbled pieces from the bottom of the pan , definitely wasn’t worth the amount you pay for sure . And my avocado toast hardly had any everything seasoning on it . Like little tiny sprinkles . I hardly could taste it and it wasn’t even sprinkled on the whole thing . They got three stars because the taste of everything was fine but you can tell they didn’t really care today about presentation or fairness in quality for what you pay . I want what I pay for . We all work for our money . You guys should put forth more effort honestly .
