I got the wrong drink and came back as soon as I noticed. The lady asked me for my receipt which I did not receive at the drive through. She then told me that since she can’t remember my order she refused to remake the drink. None of which is my fault because they didn’t give me the receipt. I was already running late and couldn’t stay to argue with her and paid $5 for a coffee that is not what I ordered.
Jeremy the micromanager in a teeshirt was exceptionally rude to an employee, then my friend, and then me. He wouldn't let the associate perform her work, insisting upon sipping his drink directly over her shoulder as she did things she obviously already knew how to do.After my friend and I tried to get him to be nice to the girl and let her do her job, he tried to simply ignore us several times, even though the store was without other customers. I asked him if he is "paid extra to be creepy" towards the employees, and he said "Yes."At this point he claimed to two other female employees that he didn't know what I was talking about and asked if he could help me. After initially hesitating to share his name, he confidently proclaimed "Jeremy" followed by the rest of his full name which is not important to me.This was the very first time I've been inside this location. I plan to return because except for that guy, the service was great! The order was correct, the donuts were fresh, the coffee was good, and all other associates were kind and helpful.
We got an iced latte and it was the best. Anita was wonderful and helping me out when I was unsure of what I wanted we will be back very soon

I am a very loyal Dunkin’ customer but this specific location is very slow.
Best large brand coffee there is. You may be able to find better barista coffee or coffee shop coffee. But just regular, everyday, on the go coffee? Why spend $10 a cup at Starbucks when you can get a large hot for $2.75. Donuts are cool too
Staff stated they closed the kitchen at 8:24 and the place closes at 9pm. No apologies or anything, she stated that she had to get off early so she already closed the kitchen down. Worst customer service ever and she was extremely rude.
This is the absolute SLOWEST fast food place I’ve ever been to. With only 1 car ordering food when I got there, it still took about 20 minutes to get my coffee and bagel. I could have went to the Waffle House next door, ordered and ate my food before I got through the drive thru.
I don’t understand how the franchise could promote Toasted white chocolate and it’s a holiday drink and it discontinue?? That unacceptable, sad, and disappointed on the holidays. It happen every year. Why promote the drink for the holidays but don’t have it?
I just needed a coffee, there was a line for the drive thru. Cashier was courteous!
