Employees made a mistake (not a big issue) and charged us for 2 drinks. The manager wouldn't allow them to give us a refund while he wasn't in the store, asked us to DRIVE (with these gas prices) back the next day. Employees were cool. The management was pretty rude about the whole thing and unhelpful.If you don't trust your employees to give a refund, why are you trusting them to run your store? Where is the logic there?

I have given this dunkin too many chances. I have not gone ONCE where they got my order right. I have tried to dumb down a medium caramel cold brew with oatmilk as much as humanely possible. They make it wrong a new way EVERY TIME. This location has now ruined Dunkin completely. I will not waste my money at a dunkin EVER again.
I would rate this location zero stars if I could. I reached out on 12/20 to detail my issue. Not a single person from this location has reached out to apologize or resolve my issue. I have a severe nut allergy. Therefore I NEVER order anything with seeds or nuts. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel. I check my order and it is a bagel covered with different seeds. I notify the employee that I have a nut allergy and would be fine with a plain bagel or cinnamon raisin. Her response back is a deep sigh and question "so you are telling me you are allergic to a bagel". She grabs the bag with an eye roll and comes back with the same bag. I arrive at my destination ready to eat my bagel. The top slice is cinnamon raisin and the bottom slice is covered with different seeds. I would've had to use my epi-pen and been on a ride to the hospital in the back of an ambulance if I had taken one bite of that bagel.
Mini pancakes...so so. My kids didn't finish them. Frozen mini eggo pancakes taste better in my opinion and much more affordable.
I used to be a regular but not anymore after today… the 3 girls on the drive thru where “talking about there personal life cursing” while I was waiting for my food… nobody say hello thank you NOTHINGTHIS IS HOW YOU LOOSE GOOD CUSTOMERS

Once I would rate this location at least a 4. However their counter helps idea of customer service is horrible. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else.
