Really it’s zero starts. I ordered my food at 6pm. My tracker told me my food was delivered at 7pm and it wasn’t. I called the store twice and they told me it was on its way. I went to the store at 8pm, I live 10mins from the store and the “manager” Dawson asked me what did I want him to do because the pizza was still on its way. He was rude the entire time. All I can say is he is lucky I went up there and not my husband. Close this place down or get another manager.
I ordered delivery but they told me to come pick it up. It was kind of annoying but i think they gave me a decent size discount, so that was nice. Their sausage marinara pasta had like 4 pieces of sausage, so that was disappointing. But the chicken bacon ranch sandwich was pretty good.
Burned pizza! Cooked and QC by manager Dawson. Called to request refund and they hung up on me. Went in store and female working counter yelled across store"Dawson, looks like you have customer" he then had the nerve to ask what was wrong with it when you can clearly knew it was burnt when you cooked it clearly can see and feel that it is like piece of cardboard. Do better Domino's! Not everyone can manage a store and or customers.
Very bad attitude employee...I ordered 11 pizzas online at 11:34 am, and the tracker told me to pick up between 12:04 to 12:14. I came at 12:20 and the staff there told me why I didn't call to order????? ?He asked me what I ordered. I told him 11 pizzas...he said it didn't help him much...omg you want me to list out the name of 11 pizzas? and he has 100 pizzas to do...I look at the screen inside the store..the person before my name had the pizza ready and my name was next and still under prep process. He told me to wait 25-30 mins...I asked why? I ordered since 11:30. I didnt care you make 100 pizzas but supposed to starts my pizzas earlier not at 1hr later when I show up at your store without apology. I told him I already paid so I had to wait...his attitude was like...you need your pizzas then you wait. I never heard a word about apologizing or please wait. I used to witness 2 baking staffs fight and yell so loud at this store...will never come back even have been with this store for years...
Those used to be my go-to pizza place but recently had a bad experience. Gave 2 star review because it’s not their fault they are short staffed but could be more professional about it. I called to order, half my order was taken then was placed on hold for 10min then was hung up on. When I called back, the guy said they weren’t taking anymore orders by phone because they were running behind due to staff issues; I needed to place order online. I told him I had just place part of my order but was hung up on. He said sorry but he couldn’t take it.
Used to be the best dominos in the area but now Dawson is consistently left in the store alone to fend for himself. Despite consistently walking into the store with only him there my order is usually fine and on time so props to him
My girlfriend had surgery today. All she wanted for dinner was Pizza. The pizza was delivered luke warm/cold. The pizza was out for delivery for 55 minutes. Called the store 3 times. First time was on hold for 12 minutes & was hung up on. Second time immediately was hung up on. Third time on hold for another 10 minutes & was hung up on. I will never order from Domino's again! Might as well close this establishment down. Instead of serving pizzas, they are serving bad customer service, for mistakes they make. The so-called manager is setting the wrong expectations. Hanging up on customers is pretty much the worst thing you can ever do. Do not order from here this was by far my worst experience when it come to ordering fast food.
Service is fast but it has been several times from this location that I have received pizza with toppings too scarce to the point that one may not know that the pizza suppose to has it. I understand that food cost is rising but i wish that their pricing would take that into account instead of they choosing to cut costs this way. The eating experience is terrible compared to the same order I have with Domino's at a different city. Again, it is more than a handful of times that is why I bother to leave such review.
This pizza place is absolutely terrible. The manager got an attitude, the orders take sometimes 2 hours to get wherever you stay(and I'm very close by the way) and I cant even count how many times the employees at this place have forgotten something off my order and its a situation where I payed for something and never got it. Its almost like no one that works for this exact place cares about anything. This exact dominoes is the worst and I recommend either ordering somewhere else or if you have no choice but to go here I recommend either ordering off somewhere else that does delivery or doing pickup because the delivery is atrocious. I hope in the future this dominoes gets improves but until then this place is absolute dreadful.
