I don’t usually do reviews but Customer service in this place sucks . Simply the worse as if they don’t want to sell their pizza . Go to papa johns service is so much better . I placed an order with them online and then this rude person called me back screaming he can’t make that pizza , then I asked him to change the order , he rudely said go online or it’s going to be $40 for the pizza . He was so not helpful I feel like they get disgusted when you order from them . Never again this place is horrible !!!!!!!!!!!
Won’t be back to this location. First time my order was not made when I got there. I was angry but just left because this had not happened before at other dominos locations…I assumed this one would be up to par. Today I ordered 2 pizzas. My cheese hand tossed pizza was more like a thin crust with sauce and a couple pieces of cheese. All I could taste was sauce. There were several parts of my pizza that had no cheese at all. Whoever put it together clearly just rushed through it to get it done with. The crust was bland and chewy. The other pizza was the same. Won’t be back.
Pizza was straight garbage so it went in the garage, cheese pizza with no cheese or sauce.was told to bring it back up there and he will remake it . What happened to Quality Check. Should have been right the first time. Gas too dern high
My experience here was so bad I would want to give them a zero. They messed up on my pizza and when I asked them to fix it the manager said I didn’t order pepperoni on my pizza. I showed her my phone where it said pepperoni and she said “but not on the receipt” so I pointed to where it said pepperoni on the receipt. She was also screaming for no reason, like I get that you may be tired but don’t take it out on the customers when you are causing more issues for yourself when you’re treating people rudely.
Absolutely awful costumer service the "manager" was extremely disrespectful to my sister and screaming at her on the phone while she was trying to figure out where the order for her grandfather went. He's elderly and can no longer get out of the house she has done this for him more than once and never had this big an issue. This is absolutely not manager behavior and this person needs to be fired. If you hate your job that much find somewhere else to work!!!!! (I had to make an edit just to add the fact that the so called "manager" hung up on my sister when one of his other coworkers answered the phone)
This store delivered pizza but not what we ordered or paid for and when I called to get it fixed Leah insinuated I was trying to get free pizza. I asked for the correct pizza be delivered because the pepperoni pizza was delivered with ham and pepperoni.He actually said”seriously can’t you pick off the ham?”No I shouldn’t have to pick ingredients off.
The Employees were very rude and the pizza arrived late. Over all it was a bad experience.
The manager Leah has a very nasty attitude is what I want to say first. She told me she couldn’t help me multiple times on getting a refund for sloppy undercooked pizza because the system isn’t working “because of the holidays” and the next time I called she couldn’t help because she’s busy making a large order of pizza.The payment process is also sketchy because the card I used to pay is not the card listed on the order yet my card was still charged. My bank will be taking over this case.
Horrible experience (twice over! Missed my two minute window for curbside delivery. The 1st time I waited in excess of 10 minutes. In my attempt to understand the protocol, I asked the delivery person. He/she communicated they didn't know for me to go online. I asked for the manager's name. Which one there's (4) of "US" on duty . Are you kidding me, I'm speaking to a manger and she's trying to evade the responsibility of the position. "Jason" after I called he/she on if she was management. This is why this store performs poorly. Unqualified personnel will deliver sub par service in any arena of business.
Not only their app show my order is in quality check for almost an hour, when try calling some keeps hanging up on me…. Maybe it’s that location so I’m switching stores. If that happens with other stores then I’ll be DONE with dominos.
